According to Fatcessa he spoke to a ref and they told him they always check with the gauge. You Flats* fans can keep trying to rationalize this all you want and come up with analogies until you are blue in the face. Fact is the Flats* are the only team where this controversy always seems to pop up. It isn't a coincidence anymore. Spygate, parking lot video board only viewable to the Flats* sideline, claims of headsets going dead in the middle of drives for opposing teams, deflating balls, etc. Looks like a rat, smells like a rat . . . Well, if a ref told Fatcessa, it must be true. Interesting how the refs are in the Patriots back pocket on every call/no call in their favor but are suddenly 100% credible when saying something that may be against the Patriots' interest.
By the way, here is a picture from underneath the parking lot video board in question.
Look at the great view Belidick must have from the Flats*' sideline! With trickery like that, it's no wonder the Patriots have not won a single challenge at home this season.
Once again, you Flats* fans are lost. This is not about how successful their cheating efforts are. This is about them being chronic cheaters, no matter what the risk versus reward is. They are chronic cheaters. They cheat whenever there is an opportunity. Belidick cannot help himself. He is a paranoid cheating cunt. #ForeverTainted

I still want an explanation from the NFL why they did nothing about the deflated balls that were reported back in November. Because the league wanted to make sure their favorite team would get to the Super Bowl by enhancing their ball security, then benefit from the publicity for the game the controversy would bring to the national/non-sports media.

Because the rules say they can but that doesn't mean they don't still have to meet league specifications. But why would each team get there own balls? How does that make any sense? Because your hero SparklePony lobbied for this specific rule change back in 2006 and surprise, surprise... he got what he wanted. Flats*** have been using illegally deflated balls ever since.

I love that he took the stance that he probably wouldn't tell the difference in a game but then proceeded to determine the weight of both balls with complete precision after holding it for a couple seconds. Sure raises questions about the pats asserting brady couldn't tell the difference in the course of a game unless pats fans want to admit Brees is a significantly superior QB over sparkles.

A lifelong Patriots fan brings a QB on his show who echoes Brady's position that he is hyper-sensitive about the balls before the game but cannot determine pressure during the game? And that is celebrated over here? Glad there are some things that Pats and Jets fans can agree on.

Twitter sphere calling out that Dean Blandino has now stated that the balls were PROPERLY checked prior to the AFC champ game. The refs didnt do it right excuse is debunked.

Loving these articles Patriots Really Embracing ‘Us Against The Rules’ MentalityPHOENIX—Amid widespread criticism over using illegally under-inflated footballs in the AFC Championship Game, coaches and players from the New England Patriots revealed Thursday that they are fully embracing an “Us Against The Rules” mentality heading into Super Bowl XLIX. “At the end of the day, that ‘Us Against The Rules’ attitude just motivates us to go out there and play our game the way we do best,” said quarterback Tom Brady, praising his team’s ability to pull together in the face of all the standard rules and regulations in the NFL. “But honestly, it feels like it’s us against the rules every season. It certainly felt that way during all the other Super Bowls we’ve played in, and after a while you just have to own it. It’s not always easy, but it’s just part of playing for the New England Patriots.” Brady went on to credit the mindset for inspiring the team’s past success, noting that it is that much more satisfying when the Patriots come out on top.
