For some reason it's not loading for me but if Arians is saying good things about Bowles, that's the next best thing to having Arians as our coach.

The more I hear Bowles speak, the more I like him.
He's got one of those demeanours, quiet but commands the room and respect.

That's quite an endorsement. You don't usually hear that kind of honesty, either. Looks like we landed a good one.

I wanted us to nab him the year Woody decided to fire Tanny and give Rex a "reset". If Bowles is half the coach Arians is, then he'll be 10x better than Rex.

Living out here in Arizona, I catch quite a bit of what he has to say and the local sports talk that covers him and the Cardinals. The guy is simply awesome. Smart coach, great demeanor, a true gem that took a long, long time to get discovered and have his opportunity as a head coach. He knows quality coaching, so his endorsement of Bowles should go a very long way. If we can sort out our cornerback situation and add just one true pass rusher from the OLB position, Bowles will have this defense at the top of the league. The real question, and the reason we brought in a new coach, is to see whether we can field a capable offense. Despite 3 OCs and 2 different QBs Rex was never able to put a consistently good offense on the field. If Todd can get the Jets to score points then we made the right move. I am simply assuming and expecting that we will have a very good defense.
