Man I was hot on Darren Waller too. Huge target. I think he'll be a lot better then Stephen HIll. another monster GT receiver. Damn you Mangold!!! And even if he turns out to be another Stephen Hill -- he is a 5th rounder, not a 2nd. 5th round is worth taking a flyer on a hit or miss project that is raw but has a big upside.

Great job running the draft Lith, I nominate you for next years commissioner. I wish I could have participated more but there has been some very solid selections throughout and posters doing their homework.
Now that we are getting later into the draft you can see the difference in depth as compared too last year. Players coming off of the board now would be UDFA's in last years draft. Idzik was fucking terrible. Someone please draft that OT from NC State.

Hey, Hollywood Nosebleed -- what do you know about this Tyeler Davidson kid. Jets met with him at the E-W game.

Hey, Hollywood Nosebleed -- what do you know about this Tyeler Davidson kid. Jets met with him at the E-W game. I don't know too much, but what I've read he sounds promising. He'd at least be great depth since we lost Ellis and Douzable. At 6'1, 315 he'll probably have to gain a little weight to play NT in a 3-4, but he's strong like an ox (32 reps) and gets a decent good push up the middle. He also has long arms (34') and big hands (10' 3/4) so he's able to fight off blocks and double teams. I've been trying to find some Fresno State game tape so I could watch him more.

Tyson Chandler sounds like a great pick. He is supposed to work out for the Jets later. Don't know why he is rated so low ?

Tyson Chandler sounds like a great pick. He is supposed to work out for the Jets later. Don't know why he is rated so low ? He was not very highly thought of during the season. Then he lost 30 pounds since the season ended and apparently was very impressive at NC State's pro day last week.

Tyson Chandler sounds like a great pick. He is supposed to work out for the Jets later. Don't know why he is rated so low ? Lots of reasons why guys like Chandler get overlooked a little. As far as the ratings go, most of that stuff is a product of the media and all the various draft sites. Much of those ratings are done by people who never really watched the player play a whole game. Most make their rankings by highlight tapes and stat lines.

Just the fact that he's healthier than the guys two rounds above him should get him a higher rating

Saints thrilled to get HB Corey Grant in the 7th round after he posted a 4.25 40 (Timed by Mayock) at his pro day. 135 carries in 3 years at Auburn. Tremendous upside with his speed and in that offense.
