Yeah I hate Belicheat and the scumbag that he is but I've also wondered why they don't have cameras that strictly focus on the goal line and back of the end zone line on both sides. I hate when there is a replay at the goal line to see if someone scored and the angle is all off and you can't conclusively tell one way or the other. It would take 8 cameras to do it. With as much money as they put into getting every call "right" you think they would want to make those types of replays much easier to make. The cost would be a drop in the bucket for these owners.

Wore this beauty to the parade! The classless culture up north continues to fester. Tons of people up there not only think this is a fun shirt, but it never once occurs to them the message it conveys to impressionable young kids. Probably too late for them anyway - it's already been drilled into their heads that sportsmanship is meaningless, and cheating is ok.

One team for 6 states. Two states are still a superbowl short. Don't let Massachusetts fool you into thinking it's all theirs. It's a shared team. a wicked fuckin pissah

I hear you but as of right now those calls get replayed probably the most. And when you think about the fact that EVERY scoring play is under review why wouldn't you want to have the most accurate cameras to get the most accurate results? It'll actually make things a lot easier since they're already reviewing every scoring play. I don't think it has anything to do with the refs getting better. I think people forget how fast that game really is on the field and it's not easy to see the 1/8 of an inch of space between a players knee and the turf at full speed. And to be honest with you my father is a college football and baseball official. And if you think any moron could do that job you're fucking kidding yourself lol.

If in doubt, it always goes to the Patriots' favor. So what the hell is he bitching about? If anything this will prevent them from getting calls their way.

I can understand, to a point, why the NFL does not want to pay money to add those cameras and it's not just to continue to give the refs leeway to make the *right* calls. Adding a camera system in each stadium is more than just slapping some GoPros on the sidelines and hooking them up to a laptop. They have to be set in secured stands that will survive collisions by players without being moved but also not harm the players. They have to be hooked into the system and integrated with the broadcast feeds for replay review. Somebody has to maintain the cameras and somebody has to independently verify the operation and accuracy of the cameras before and during games. That person has to be monitored by the officials. If they can't get ball inflation right then how can we really trust that the cameras will be properly regulated?

What was that argument about Goodsell not being the Pats*** errand boy and actually being an ex-Jet employee again?
