Pass Guy can't hold on to the ball to save his life. yeah, even a deflated one! Imagine if he has to play on a team that has to follow the rules! how poor his record would be then. would rather have had Vereen

"A day after visiting the Miami Dolphins, the free-agent running back is reportedly visiting the New York Jets. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Wednesday that Ridley was making the visit. NFL Network’s Albert Breer added that the Dolphins and Jets are the only teams that have set up meetings with Ridley thus far. Ridley, 26, suffered a season-ending knee injury in early October, just six games into the 2014 season. In his four-year career, he’s rushed for 2,817 yards and 22 touchdowns on 649 rushing attempts, averaging 4.3 yards per carry. His best season came in 2012, when he ran for 1,263 yards and 12 touchdowns." boston.cbslocal.com/2015/04/01/report-stevan-ridley-visiting-new-york-jets/Do we need this guy?

If your team has a statistically impossible fumble rate, and you can benched for fumbling, that must make you the worst fumbler in the world, right? How embarrassing. Dude is probably sitting on the bench when BB comes over and is like, "Are you serious? We purposely deflated the fucking ball to prevent you from doing this shit."

what does he do that ivory or powell can't? i don't see where he's been an effective pass receiver. powell has better hands. he also coming off a pretty severe injury. heck bring back chris johnson. he's got better speed and hands.

He is better than Powell or Ivory. 1263 yards and 12 TDs in 2012 more than anything Powell or Ivory did. That being said it would not hurt to take a looksie....see if he can beat out any of the incumbents. He also had one bad year where he fumbled 4 times...big fucking deal. Belly cock never let any of his running backs have sustained success he would rotate 3 guys and you never know who would get the bulk of the carries. Ridley might come at a low cost and could surprise a lot of fans.

Be the third back? The 3rd back on the roster isn't touching the ball more than maybe 4-5 times a game. Might as well just promote Richardson from the PS.

I'd rather we roll with Richardsons. Daryl as a 3rd RB for 98 yards, Sheldon as a 3rd RB for the last two. Not interested in former cheaters.

He's better with the ball in his hands than Powell. At this point Powell is very replaceable since he's on a 1 year deal with only $750,000 of his $2 million salary guaranteed. He may not even make the team if the Jets draft a RB and bring another one in.
