Agreed. He should concentrate on not dropping the ball when it hits him in the freakin hands on crucial 3rd downs when the season still had promise that dumb fuck. He's looking like another in a looooooong string of high draft pick TEs this stupid ass franchise has made. Who takes a TE in the first or even second round every year like the dumb fuck jets anyway? Amaro, the Purdue dude, becht, the trading of the first round pick for Doug fuckin jolley, Kyle stone hands ugly Frankenstein Sparklepony, Johnny mitchtchell. Stupid idiots!!!!! No offense but when did the season have promise? They started off 1 and fucking 8. And who whines about taking a TE in the 2nd when you don't have a TE worth a damn on your roster He had HUGE 3rd down drops in the GB game and the Bears game. HUGE, game changing opportunities. I will never forget it. As far as taking a TE, I was more complaining about the history of taking 1st round TEs year after year after year. Those picks KILLED us. And Amaro, w/ his stone hands, seems to be another in a long line of mistakes. Hope he wakes up this year.

Here's Amaro's actual quote: As far as Amaro having issues with being told how to practice where is that coming from? Amaro is not Bavaro, two totally different TE's. If he told him to look at Shannon Sharpe or Jimmy Graham, similar skill set guys, then I could see having a problem with him saying no. But Mark Bavaro? Really? That's like telling Andrew Luck to study Michael Vick, it makes no sense. It was Ditka, sorry, but regardless, just shows the kind of attitude he has. It would have been one thing if he was lighting it up and catching everything in site, but he dropped the ball every game. “I’m not going back 30 years to see how Ditka played,” Amaro told The Post after finishing another day of training camp at SUNY Cortland. nypost.com/2014/08/12/jets-amaro-get-that-mike-ditka-tape-out-of-here/

Exactly, thank you for copy and pasting the exact meaning of the word, it verifies it's an accurate description of this dickhead. He could not just walk away without taking a shot at the team that gave him his shot and put him in the position he's in today, he had to dredge up the past and stay true to form. In fact you and Rex have a lot in common....... dickhead: "Any person who is always right, and when questioned will come back with something witty that will make you sound so stupid, you will never want to challange again. Personal subjects will be thrown out there, and tears usually follow. Will constantly point out your negatives and will just generally make you feel worse about yourself. This person is usually very good at comebacks and will not take offense to anything". Person to dickhead: "Are you going to the bar tonight?" Dickhead response: "Maybe, maybe not, maybe fuckyourself" Here's some vintage Rex from yesterday for you, not funny and full of the same shit, same boring comedy act routine.www.buffalobills.com/video/videos/Rex-Ryan-on-Draft-Workouts-Backing-Players/a5a373a7-b6d5-4e98-93d2-89f53086152d

Here's Amaro's actual quote: "He's not really playing around with everyone being late," Amaro said of Bowles. "We had an issue with that last year. Guys just weren't accountable last year as much as they could be. I think that's the biggest thing. [Bowles is] making sure everyone's gonna be 100 percent in or he's not going to be on the team." He never mentioned Rex by name and when he says "guys just weren't accountable last year as much as they could be", to me he's putting that on the players, not Rex. The media has made it out to be a jab at Rex but surprise surprise they want the bigger story so they angle it as him talking shit about Rex.As far as Amaro having issues with being told how to practice where is that coming from? Amaro is not Bavaro, two totally different TE's. If he told him to look at Shannon Sharpe or Jimmy Graham, similar skill set guys, then I could see having a problem with him saying no. But Mark Bavaro? Really? That's like telling Andrew Luck to study Michael Vick, it makes no sense. And honestly Rex is a joke at this point. I now understand why every fan base hated us. This dude writes checks with his mouth that his teams can't cash. He's sitting on a 14-2 defense and a 2-14 offense. It screams of 8-8. I do think that the FO screwed him over last year as far as not spending money but what happened the 3 years prior to that? He's a HC that even with a top rookie QB will never allow him to develop b/c he's so scared of the offense losing games for him. He's a QB killer. The reason I'm not nervous about playing Buffalo is b/c I think they won't be able to run on us so it'll be on one of their 4 below average QB's to win thru the air. But it just so happens we'll have Revis, Cromartie, Skrine and Gilchrist back their sticking to their WR's like glue. I'm hoping we can take advantage of their average secondary, besides Gilmore who is very good, and lets not forget that their run defense was not very good last year and they added nobody to help that situation. And their best run stuffing LB, Spikes, is still a FA and they have no money. The scheme can only work well if they players fit the scheme. None of their DL on run stuffing types, it's the opposite of what Rex is used to. I think their defense will be top 10 but they won't be the 2000 Ravens like people are suggesting. And their offense won't even be a top 20 offense, even with McCoy. I'm not worried. He doesn't have to directly mention Rex. Of course he's blaming the coach. Same players, new coach, what's the difference there? He's putting it on the players? Why does he expect the players be different this year? Could it be because there's a change in the regime? Top rookie QB? LOL and spit my coffee out. Just because Idzik the Moron selected him at the top of the 2nd round, doesn't make him a "top" rookie QB.

I wasn't referencing Geno, I was suggesting that with ANY top rookie qb he would ruin him. Where does Amaro say "guys weren't held accountable"? Bc if it said that then I would agree that he was talking about Rex. But he didn't say that. He said "guys weren't accountable". Without the word "held" it implies the players didn't hold themselves accountable. It's simple grammar.

Well...Rex doesn't hold players accountable.
Just about the only player he held accountable during his 6 years here was Geno. He constantly stroked the ego of everyone else. We're talking about a guy who once compared Eric Smith to Ed fucking Reed for Christs sake. I almost threw up in my mouth when I heard that shit.
Even when we would come out and play like utter dogshit and get the doors blown off of us, we had to listen to that jackass go on about "I don't know what happened...we had such a great week of practice".
The guy is an idiot and the main reason as to why the Jets have been painted as a joke for the last half a decade.

Rex has always had diarrhea of the mouth, that won't change. Amaro engaging him via Twitter is just stupid. Both look immature but I'm not sure how someone who is fired is then classified as a desserter or traitor. Rex was sent packing....the Jets desserted him, not the other way around. If an engineer gets fired by Google and goes to work for Apple I don't think the management at Google can call the guy a traitor. What's the guy supposed to do, not take a job?

But does the engineer then talk about coming back to googles headquarters and "beating the shit out of them" Does he then have to engage in trash talk with previous employees saying they are full of shit? I had had enough of Rex and his ways 12 months before he was fired, I was hoping to wish him the best goin forward which is why I wanted him in the NFC in Atlanta. I knew it would not be long before he was spouting his mouth off looking for a feud to motivate his troops. I see through everything Rex Ryan is, I don't blame him for taking the job, I blame him for turning up to a league meeting in a jersey, I blame him for his truck paint job fiasco, I blame him for his publicised tattoo coverup, I blame him for downing beers with Kelly and slagging us in an article. The man is an attention seeking media whore. If he put as much energy into coaching as he does being the centre of attention then we may not have been the dysfunctional mess Amaro is eluding to.

This People think Rex does this silly shit because he's showing "loyalty". LOL No he isn't. He's doing it because the guy craves the spotlight. Buffalo didn't hire him because they think he's a great coach. They hired him because he's a polarizing personality that will make them somewhat relevant again. Even as they continue to lose. Maybe now people are realizing why arguably the best owner/GM combo in the league (Bisciotti & Newsome) totally bypassed his ass for their HC opening and went with a little known ST coach in Harbaugh.

I clicked on his presser through the NFL site which had a headline about Rex tweaking Brady for his pitch. He opened up with the same fuckin jargon trying to be funny, at some points he was trying so hard that every pun never landed and you could just sense an air of awkwardness in the room. It was as if some of the buffalo media where uncomfortable watching his routine, it was just bizarre. If you get a chance give it a watch, it just confirms our suspicion he's a glorified motavitional circus monkey. And why is he giving a daily presser? where the fuck is Bowles's presser? Oh that's right he doesn't feel a need to provide a quote of the day.

Meanwhile, I haven't heard a peep out of guys like Bowles, Quinn, Del Rio, Fox, or Kubiak since their introductory conference. He's a clown who craves attention and is obsessed with being liked by everyone.

Or, he's a fun loving doosh with a lap band, and a passion for thinking big. He scared the hell out of Belidick, which is closer than anyone else here has gotten. His teams get no respect on offense; Last Chance Gas for Rexy.

His teams get no respect on offense; Last Chance Gas for Rexy. That's one of the problems. Yeah, Rex would get this team fired up to play Brady and the Flats*...and then we'd get the shit smacked out of us the next week by the Kyle Orton/Ryan Fitzpatrick led Bills or the Titans led by Jake Locker.

Why didn't Bowles go out for beers with Joe Namath and Emerson Boozer?
What kind is a coach is he???
