Zac Stacy is apparently requesting the Rams trade him after last night, and they're reportedly shopping him around.

Sure, sounds like a team guy who whines at the drop of a hat. What are we supposed to give up for him? They already have the best Dline in the NFL. (which is why they've been doing so well in their division these past few years). I thought we were looking for more picks, not less.

Id say worried about his own career when the writings on the wall. Plenty of guys ask for trades when a first rounder is coming in and basically guaranteed their spot. I figured everyone whining we didn't draft a RB in the first round might be willing to give up a mid to low round pick (especially if we wind up trading down and adding picks at some point) and or fringe players for a guy who averaged just under 4 YPC and had close to 1000 yards in 2013.

I was thinking more player to player trade but if we're giving away picks we can probably just find someone younger in the draft and not solve St Louis's problems for them

Ehh. Stacy still has some in him but idk if he fits what we need, seems like more of the same as what we have with Ivory. If we add another RB, and IMO it still is a huge if, we go with more of a speed guy. I just don't agree that the need for a RB is so huge right now, especially with Ridley on board.

Yup. Apparently gave up minimal assets. The league is RBC anyway now, why spend high picks or money on any one RB anyway.

Only concern about that is he was vocal about losing the starting job to Mason and now wanted out as soon as they took Gurley...only to come here where we have a clear RBBC and five guys competing. Hopefully he sticks it out and just decides the best way to play is to play well.
