Haha. Kraft is such a cvnt. Trying to make himself a martyr. You are going to take your punishment b.c you are a scumbag and deserve it. Not b.c you want to do what is best for the league. You employ murderers, adulterers and cheaters. You are scum. What punishment? Kraft was exonerated.

I have to imagine the evidence was impossible to disregard that Sparklepony was involved if the report was willing to name one of the NFL's darlings as a potential perpetrator. His unwillingness to produce his phone, and possibly other evidence, may have strongly suggested his knowledge or even direction. I find it dubious that Belidick had no idea this was going on. Even if that is true, the two staff members identified are subordinate to Belidick and he should be held accountable for disciplinary purposes for command liability. It would be irresponsible for the NFL to legitimize negligent management as a justification for violating the rules. However, all that said, I do not expect any serious punishment to be handed out. This is a team that was manipulating the game's key piece of equipment to win the Super Bowl. I don't know how serious punishment cannot be exacted against the team as a whole, Belidick, Sparklepony and the equipment staff without the NFL tacitly admitting that there are different rules to the game for teams owned by Goodell's pals. maybe BB knew, but that doesn't mean he was informed or involved. That doesn't matter. The GM/HC has executive control over the team. He has to be responsible for the conduct of his subordinates in team operations whether he knew about it or participated in it. Otherwise the standard you set is that if the guy at the head of the table has no obligation to proactively ensure the team complies with the rules and so long as he buries his head in the sand then the organization is never responsible for its own conduct. When you take the power, prestige and pay of being the boss you also take on the responsibility of being the boss.

"more probable than not" in other words....no proof. No way the Golden Boy misses a game. And good to see Mr. Kraft and BB exonerated. Their experts ruled out any combination of natural effects causing that level of deflation. If the deflation was not caused by an environmental factor or combination of environmental factors then the circumstantial evidence permits an inference that there was human intervention in the ball pressure. Add to that Brady and the Patriots' management refusing to fully comply with the investigation freely allows an inference that their obstruction was to their own benefit--hiding inculpatory evidence. Then tie in the text messages that were found to have discussions of deflating the balls--"the deflator." Piece all of that together and you have the preponderance of evidence weighing in favor of intentional deflation. I'd take that case to a jury every time.

man, have you guys seen the patriots forum thread on us this year? ....Unreal that a franchise that has had that much success, still obsesses over "proving" that they're better than us. What a bunch of dickholes.

You employ murderers, adulterers and cheaters. You are scum. What punishment? Kraft was exonerated. Just because the report did not find Belidick or Kraft personally participated in the deflation does not mean the disciplinary authority will not exact punishment on the team as an entity in addition to or instead of the individually personally involved.

I know this has already been mentioned, but wow it comes off douchey now. Kraft sounds like a 3rd-grader reading his book report. And he sounds drunk. He's a mouth-breathing silver-spoon idiot.

I know this has already been mentioned, but wow it comes off douchey now. So Tom lied to you Bobby... what the fuck are you going to do about it you nose-picking cunt shit? Oh I know bitch and moan while writing a statement STILL demanding an apology. The Patriots have been a blight on the league ever since SpyGate and will continue to be until this current regime is done with.
