Their experts ruled out any combination of natural effects causing that level of deflation. If the deflation was not caused by an environmental factor or combination of environmental factors then the circumstantial evidence permits an inference that there was human intervention in the ball pressure. Add to that Sparklepony and the Patriots' management refusing to fully comply with the investigation freely allows an inference that their obstruction was to their own benefit--hiding inculpatory evidence. Then tie in the text messages that were found to have discussions of deflating the balls--"the deflator." Piece all of that together and you have the preponderance of evidence weighing in favor of intentional deflation. I'd take that case to a jury every time. 'cept its not going to a jury, It's going to Goodell. The report's authors acted as the factfinder (jury) so the decision has already been made that there was malfeasance on the part of at least two staffers and Brady. Your assertion that there is no evidence is just not correct.

"more probable than not" in other words....no proof. No way the Golden Boy misses a game. And good to see Mr. Kraft and BB exonerated. That's called 'guilty' in a civil trial. Golden Boy is definitely missing games.

Your assertion that there is no evidence is just not correct. Again, they did not assert there was definitive malfeasance. They said it was more likely that not. As lawyers they can't make a statement about malfeasance unless they have proof. This give Goddell the wiggle room he needs.

So this nullifies their championship right? Yes, and it goes to the Titans based on a very complex NFL rule.

I identified for you above the core of the circumstantial evidence that got them there. If you want to raise the standard up to requiring indisputable proof and/or conclusively disproving every other possible explanation then I'll tell you that not even the criminal justice system requires that high of a burden of proof. We'll never know if invisible space monkeys are behind deflating the balls. Or whether they killed Odin Lloyd.

And remember he was a life long Eagles player, the same Eagles the Patriots cheated in the Super Bowl. And go look at Bountygate and Sean Payton's 1 year suspension. "Ignorance is not an excuse". Bye bye BB.

Tommy Boy and the Flats**** legacy permanently tarnished. Already was with Spygate, now even more so with DeflateGate. *

I'm not sure what you are arguing Simply put: this report opens the way to punishments and there will be some. And the report 'proves' to a standard that would hold up under civil law that Tom Brady cheated.
