Prince Shembo, 23, has been charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, Cpl. Michele Pihera said. I thought this was the dog's name.

We named the dog Indiana. I've got a lot of fond memories of that dog.

I don't care for people that kill animals, but for Christ sake, keep your fucking animals at fucking home already!!!!!! It's like religion, you have the right to practice, just don't push it on me, same with your pets. Huh? I think her dog was at home when not-a-Prince slammed it into the wall.

Lets see how Roger Dodger Goodell handles this one... Now that the NFL is a division of the Boy Scouts of America, what do you think the appropriate move would be? Id come down on him harder than the league will, but thats just me. I do a lot of work with rescues so I've got a slanted view on things. But I think the Falcons made the right move cutting him, and Id give him a couple of games suspension... then again, looking at deflategate and Ray Rice, God knows where that appropriate number should be.

What's with Falcons players and dog violence? Something weird going on down there in Georgia Georgia kinda sucks and the traffic is edging out LA for worst on earth. Haven't come across many of the dog-fighting-killing cunts tho... Most people I know would have the person shot. Actually, damn near everyone I know of is all in favor of tying that scumbag's face up til thirst or hunger kills him, like he did to his dog. Taped it's mouth shut. Totally fucked. This world needs eye for eye justice, PERIOD. And swiftly for obvious guilt... Like Brady's guilt would be considered obvious. The south has some pretty major issues with dogs... dog fighting is the least of it... everything from abuse, to neglect, to over-populated kill shelters because they over breed and dont spay/neuter. GA, SC, NC, WV, etc.

For every 10 stop animal abuse posts there are 1 stop child abuse posts.

I just sometimes wish I was raised in the 40-50's, seemed like a nicer world to live in. It is all going to shit at light speed. Aaaa fuck it, no more soap box shit, it's not worth it.

I've seen people scream about how Mike Vick should have been put down because of what he did to those poor dogs...and then post about how they are against the death penalty for people who kill other people. I know people who treat their stupid f*cking rat dogs better than their own children. Everyone knows what Mike Vick did. Anyone know what Christopher Turryle Bryant did? Of course not. Exploited teenage girls just aren't as important as cute wittle puppy dawgs.

And social media and technology and the news cycle expose it so much more, and so much more quickly.

I always see this stuff turn into a human vs. animal life debate. But never once have I seen someone sympathizing for the animals claiming that an animal's life is more important than a human's.
I guess if you have never had pets or have had a bad experience with animals you are never going to understand. For some people their cats, dogs, horses, etc are their "children" and their reaction to something like this reflects that. And if there is any correlation between children and pets it is that they are both dependent on us and vulnerable.
And yes, I eat meat.

Most people dont know what Russell Seese did. I wont argue some people have their priorities skewed, but we can protect children AND dogs both from abusers. Its not an either or. And Facebook... yeah, thats the land of the mindless click and share meme.

Id also add that there are plenty of studies that show cruelty and violence towards animals is a red flag for individuals who will move on to rape and murder, so it behooves us as a society to take it seriously. And, from that perspective, if I were a GM, thats a red flag to me for signing a guy as he could have issues. This wasnt amped up testosterone, bar fight, uber-aggressiveness. This was just sick.

In fact, fuckers visiting the art park I lived on used to steal them when my family was at church. Not cool. But I still don't view them as children. They're much MUCH different than a human child. I've found having children is much more rewarding than any pet I've ever owned. And this coming from a person who is a much better pet owner than most of the people here. Because I realize it's a pet, not a child. LOL.
