Yeah so what? This is coming from a guy that was on the team when Geno was a rookie and some stupid fans that have been heckling him from day one. Has he made stupid mistakes? yes but now is the time to find out if he can push all this shit aside and turn his career around. He is still young so for this year I am more than willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and see how effectively he can work with a more established and QB friendly OC. Gailey has a similar system to Chip Kelly and you see what Chip did with Mark Sanchez? He actually became a serviceable QB even though he still was turning the ball over at times. That being Geno is much more talented than Sanchez ever was. We had two OC in MM and Shitheimer Jr. that don't know shit about developing young QB's, lets see how Geno responds this year then we can judge as to whether he can handle the pressures of being an NFL QB.

I think we already knew that. Didn't he get into it with a fan on the sidelines for booing him or something? Or on Twitter? Or both?

Chip Kelly actually did nothing with Sanchez. They were on a playoff run when Foles got hurt and Sanchez stepped in and he lost 4 out of 5 or something like that to kill their playoff run. Philly fans give him no confidence as anything more than a backup if that. He did better on the Jets. And where do you get that MM knows shit about developing young QB's? Because of Geno? He actually was making it as easy as possible for Geno, remember that mixed up playcall where he didn't think Geno would make the adjustment but Geno surprised everyone by making it?

It does matter. He needs to be able to tune things out otherwise he is going to get swallowed up. Coaching can only go so far. There are problems that Geno has that are independent of coaching. And the best indicator for future performance is past performance so anybody that is concerned is justified.

Past performances that were dictated by like I said previously a crappy coaching staff. And yes coaching and mentoring goes farther then you obviously think. Again, the previous coaching staff put him in a no win situation like in 2013 when dumbass Rex decided to play Sanchez in the final preseason game eventually causing him to get injured then Geno was forced to start with a leaky offensive line (winters the human turn style and Colon the penalty machine), zero weapons to throw to an offensive game plan that was a joke. Of course the kid is going to break down, anybody would of. Yet he still found ways to have decent games, see the last 4 games in 2013 and 2014.
Sorry agree to disagree

Sorry completely disagree. Mark Sanchez was 5-4 as an eagles starter and the reason why the Eagles had such a poor season was because their inability to run the football (McCoy had a down year) and their defense was giving up tons of points. And looking at his overall numbers, he certainly improved under Chip Kelly. Under MM offensive system, they had 2 veteran QB's Mike Vick and Donovan Mcnabb, these are vets that know the ins and outs of the game and Andy Reid rightfully so got the credit for maximizing their potential. So now MM has been reduced a QB's coach in Baltimore where they already have a QB and offensive guru in OC Marc Tressman. Goes to show you how far he has fallen.

The bolded part sounds just like the excuse making while Sanchez was here Its not bad for a backup QB that was exiled from NY due to ineffectiveness but its not like you made it out to be. And no its a fact, they gave up 25+ points to their opponents including 53 to Green Bay and 38 to Dallas. Their corners were the definition of toast. McCoy who was tearing up the league in 2013 at 5.2 yards a carry was averaging a paltry 4.2 yards a carry. The offensive line also regressed. So I am basing this on fact and not making an excuse for Sanchez. The point that I am trying to make here has nothing to do with Sanchez its the fact that with the right coaching and system, a QB can definitely turn things around. Gailey is better than any of the shit sticks we have had in the last 6 or so years. So as a fan I am willing to give Geno one more chance. If he does badly then I will totally hop on the "See ya Geno" bandwagon.

Some defender he went up against in college called him out as being soft and vowed to hit him and that he hates that and it will wreck his game. And he did it and was right. I lost all faith in Geno that day and it really hasn't come back. Was rookie season. Forget who it was, maybe a former teammate of his? He was on point tho. Geno is soft. You can't change it unfortunately. dude, brady is soft and folds like a lawn chair when teams nail him....see every mangini/rex win against them not saying that geno is brady (lofl) but if your qb is getting plastered there are bigger problems than the qb

We'll see.
