When i go to court im mr fucking john q law. And funny to boot. Every judge i went before loved me, the prosecutors hated my fucking guts. Even the cops always liked me alot and the bulls in county. My enemies all lay in the D A office they knew it and i knew it. And one in a million happens every now and then. I beat those cocksuckers in ever case. Every single one. Watched the first cop. Once again another guy who should be fired. He let the other guy get to him and acted like an unprofessional fool. And you dumb dumbs champion these types. I would agree with you in most of those videos the officers are a little too quick to break a window and use the taser but not so much that the conduct would be illegal. The officer in the first video probably should have ordered the guy out of the car before causing property damage to go in after him. On the other hand, and this is why the conduct probably isn't illegal, the individuals in each situation have already proven that they have no interest in complying with what are lawful orders after being asked multiple times. A person unwilling to give up their license is less likely to voluntarily exit the car. It leaves the officer in an untenable position. The officer does not have to and just isn't going to give in and let the person go. A new offense for failing to provide license and insurance during the stop has occurred. Letting the person go would only perpetrate these encounters and reward unlawful conduct. The officer also has to be concerned with whether the person is stalling because he's an idiot or because he's armed and waiting for an opportunity to pull the weapon on the officer. Eventually the driver has to come out of the vehicle. Lol I never said he should be let go. I dont know what the protocol is but im sure it involves getting backup and telling the guy his window is going to be broken so he can cover his eyes to prevent injury and a lawsuit that we the taxpayers would pay out the cop lost his cool. End of story. Any other job youd b fired |

I think the majority of us here fall into a few categories: those who have been law enforcement officers, are related to them or just have respect for them and for those reasons, will likely conduct themselves as a normal citizen would (read: not a know-it-all shithead) if ever questioned by one. So go fuck a goat. Guess what ive been pulled over lots of times and usually avoid tickets. How? Easy I put both hands on the wheel...show respect and admit my guilt. Just because I cant stand abusive cops doesnt mean im anti cop or a punk to any of them There are lots of positive youtube videos showing cops being verbally abused by similar punks keeping their cool the whole way throughout and acting professional. That should be the type of cop society demands. Not angry assholes |

I've pissed off nearly every resident officer here and they probably wished they could reach thru the screen and taze me and mace me and leave me hanging in a cell. lol But that fuckstick in the court deserved to get his ass tazed. cmon now buddy that Florida heat has melted away your mind. no doubt hes a douche.
