Is he really overconfident? To me, every time he speaks he sounds like someone who lacks confidence but is trying to convince himself that he is good enough to play in this league. Just say you are looking forward to proving the doubters wrong and leave it at that. You gettin an official training camp thread goin Lith? i will help throw in some tweets. I like what Mr Revis had to say today. Done. Just started it.

This is what scares me about this season. The optimists attribute Geno's failures to the lack of receiving targets, but even though there is some truth to that, Geno should do better than placing dead last. With the targets he has now, say Geno improves from 32nd to 22nd, which is a big improvement, Geno still won't be good enough to be a franchise level QB. Currently, he's not even adequate as a game manager because his play is too eratic. If he can't shake free from being eratic in is first four games, I'm willing to end the Geno experiment.

I dont care how he does, if that line is the same he will suck. I'm not sure why I keep hearing people talk about this much improved line. I think its only marginally better if at all.

Reporter......."Geno, you were recently polled as the worst QB in the league, what do you think about that ?" Geno......."I agree, I'm the worst QB in the league, I'm weak mentally and I have no business playing the position" What's he supposed to say when asked a humiliating stupid question like this? "Do me a favor and run that poll again after the season's over." That's the confident response.

I'm starting to think the lack of real practice under Rex may have just a tad bit to do with some of the inconsistencies... of ALL the damn players. Genope included.

LOL this guy is such an arrogant, ignorant clown. The fact he doesn't even acknowledge why people might be laughing at him speaks volumes to his emotional maturity. Mentally, he's simply not an NFL QB and never will be with such an attitude.
Hey Geno, you know what else is funny? Your TD-INT ratio over the last two seasons.

Yeah well, I guffaw at that hat! And the grotty beard, too. I guess that's the sort of rationalization you have to do to keep going. Exactly. Laugh all you want if it makes you feel better but you now have the best team around you that has been there in years and you are looked at as the weakest link. The oline is better, WR Corps is vastly improved, RBs are deep, attitude of the team is up and the D looks dominant. It is all up to Geno if this team will sink or swim. "I don't pay attention to these reports and rather let my play on the field do the talking." It's that easy.
