We all know Rex would have been blowing smoke about how "his defense" caught some picks today after a practice like that..
Like I said I don't know if Bowles will have any success in this league as an HC, but I love everything about his approach so far...

It's so obvious that the stench of Rex still lives on in this team. Players getting arrested, sloppy practices, players laughing off media criticism. What a disgrace. Rex really did destroy this organization from the inside-out after those playoff appearances. I'm hoping Bowles can turn things around, but Rex instilled such a toxic culture, it would be tough for any coach to turn around in a single year.

Remember 2010 when the defense ordered/ate cheeseburgers in practice? Rex was pissed but didn't do much. What do you think Bowles would do? Yep, they would be running, and that probably would be the end of snacks at meetings.
