We know Rex gets his team fired up for the last game of the year, which since his fate is sealed will be meaningless, except for ensuring a worse pick in the draft, and possiby getting Joe Philbin fired. Which would maybe allow an opening for Lazor to be head coach, which would be bad for the Jets as he must be considered a HC candidate for the Jets

Lets hope not. Losing Rex and keeping Philbin in Miami are both good for us.

I can see Rex getting the Miami job. He'll probably be successful w/ them too, although if I were him I'd take a job w/ a franchise QB, like Atlanta or Chicago, where he can just focus on fixing the D.

Rex would do good in Miami, of all the places I hope Rex does not end up is in Miami. Apparently Ross loves Rex and there is talk that Ross wants to hire Rex.
