Terrible news from the wake of Sunday's Dallas Cowboys-New England Patriots game: a man who was shot in an AT&T Stadium parking lot after the game has died, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Richard Sells, 43, died Wednesday night at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital. His family made the decision to remove him from life support earlier in the day, according to a heartbreaking post from Sells' sister on Facebook.
"After they did three major traumatic surgeries just to preserve his body enough to move it to the nursing home," Victoria Gunning wrote, "he will never wake up, he will never move. It will be motionless lying there in his hell. So today my mother and his family are going to go say our final goodbyes to the greatest man I've ever known and could ever know."
Police arrested Marvin Rodriguez, 28, at the stadium on Sunday following the incident, which took place about two hours after the end of the Cowboys' loss to the Patriots. Rodriguez was in jail on bail of $200,000, and facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury prior to Sells' passing.
Police indicated that Rodriguez had been in a prior fight that evening and had held a gun to the head of another fan. He then got into an altercation with Sells and pulled the trigger.
A GoFundMe page set up in the wake of the incident indicated that Sells was engaged and expecting a daughter.

It's even more disgusting than that, apparently he was egged on by the people standing around watching to shoot and kill the guy. They should all be charged with inciting a riot and manslaughter/murder. Fucking disgusting filth of the human race. I hope they all find their end the same way this man did and then some. I'd strangle the last breath out of every single one of those fucking diseased bags of flesh if I could but I'm not the monster that those shitty people are.

At least it happened in Texas, no way this guy gets off.
Sucks to say but we wonder why people don't get involved to stand around without intervening. Not going to risk my life for a couple of dumbasses getting into a fight.

www.nydailynews.com/news/national/texas-football-fan-points-gun-2-people-shoots-1-cops-article-1.2394546"Marvin Rodriguez, 28, was attending a rowdy tailgate party following the Cowboys’ 30-6 loss to the New England Patriots when Arlington police say he pulled out a handgun. Just minutes after walking up to a 27-year-old man and pointing a gun at him, police said Rodriguez turned on a second man who had fallen to the ground after trying to break up another fight. As the 43-year-old was trying to stand back up, Rodriguez shot him once in the neck, police said Monday, leaving him seriously injured."

As soon as the inevitable verdict is read, no plea deal, no lenience, bailiff walks right up to the fucker and shoots him in the neck. Just put plastic down and roll it up when you're done.
