turns out the Jets were that bad last year. I thought they misused him often last year, hardly caught and balls out of the backfield

And where is the fucking unsung praise for Steve Marshall, the new OL coach who came over from the Packers?
4 sacks through 6 games (least in the NFL) and Ivory was leading the league in rushing yards per game prior to our match-up against NE.
People need to calm their tits and realize that the Jets still have a real shot at an 11-5 season here.
The 2nd match up against NE is still easily the toughest game left on the schedule and we've already proven that we can hang with those fucking degenerates despite the obvious mismatch of Brady vs Fitzy.

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe Idzik wasn't really awful, just awful? If Amaro develops into a competent TE next year...then I'll say that Idzik wasn't nearly the fucking goof that many thought he was. We've already seen the DRAMATIC improvement from Pryor this season...wouldn't surprise me at all if Amaro isn't nearly the stiff that some have made him out to be. Certainly can't be any worse than fucking Cumbersome, who this team continues to gob on to for some reason. |

That bastard let Revis go to the flats when he clearly wanted to come back to the Jets. He would have looked like the most baller genius had he signed Revis back, but then chances are we wouldn't have Mr Bowles and I'm lovin Mac too. |

He did bring in Ivory, Decker, Sheldon, Pryor etc, and I still think Amaro and Milliner will be good players once Bowles gets his hands on them.
He wasn't great but in reality he was just another scapegoat in the long line of Rex Ryan fall guys.

It's laughable how inept this team had been until Bowles and Master Chan arrived on the scene. yeah i noticed that too. he's second in the league in yds er carry. but man he was also beat up quite badly by the fans. i'm not going to crow about how i felt but i thought he showed a lot more speed than he was getting credit for and the holes just weren't there for him to run through. it's hard to say what went wrong last season but it sure sounds like many coaches were going through the motions with rex and idzik feuding. |

Said it when we drafted these guys, you can't judge a draft class after 1-2 years, you got to let these guys develop. It won't be long until Devin Smith is gettin the Pryor/Milliner treatment, people want a Sheldon out of the blocks but 9 times out of 10 it doesn't work like that, guys need to adjust to the pros, especially at receiver and corner. |

To have the start he is off to, after being shot, disproves this. To think, the guy was practically begging teams for a job earlier in the season. Nice comeback, kudos to him. I remember him saying he wasn't getting the ball last year, and seemed confused, but kept his mouth shut and didn't bitch. |
