No worries, fellas. No posts will be deleted (we're not friggin Scout here). When things get too heated and clutter the board, we give the Thunderdome option. You're both valued posters so let's just keep it at that. And civil. Faggots.

To me, the Jets are a team that could beat anybody or lose to anybody on any given Thursday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.. Isn't that the same with any team, though? (oh and liking your own post looks pretty embarassing....just saying)

Eh, I'm over this loss already. It usually takes a day of being down in the dumps but Im ready to move on. The older you get, the more losses like this you see, just makes you numb to this. It's not worth getting upset over something you can't control.
I did take most of the Sunday off and not even bothering watching much football.

Thursdays loss was a little different, got over it on Friday night. watched a little ball yesterday, was entertaining. Giants game was good, cept the outcome.

Tuned into the end of the GB/DET game and watched the end of NYG/NE. Every time I seem Brady on TV I want to cave his face in.

Sort of been debating with myself why I'm so upset at 5-4 and can't seem to get over this loss. I think it's because this team has a way of letting you down like no other, I feel like I've literally had my heart ripped out twice with NE and Thursdays game. I hate this team for lettin Rex come back and put one on us in our house, and I hate this team for doin this to the fans time after time. I thought the game was solid; good football. Rex has terrific skill guys; edge to them. The score reflected a strong field position battle, which was interesting if not compelling the whole way through. Our offense is lousy because of Rex, so I can wait another year. I doubt we'll do much in the postseason this year.

"It was a scheme thing?" That sounds more like a coaching problem than player execution. Also, all this bumping into each other by players? Why don't these players know where they're supposed to go? Because it was a short week? This loss is really sticking in the craw, I think this is the season turner, the way that game against the Giants where Cruz made that 99 yd TD run killed the Jets season and sparked the Giants' on the way to the SB.

Rex ryan will need an atomic bomb up hiss ass to get to the superbowl a spark wont cut it. We played the pats great lets see how rex does this week. He threw it all out the window gearing up for his superbowl with us. And we sucked and still almost won

A scheme thing on that play is a nice way of not calling out Cumberland publicly for giving 10% effort.

As fans I think our expectations have been reasonable, looking for something like an 8-8 season and seeing improvement under Bowles following last year. The Buffalo game hurts because it was a winnable game and I think the Jets are, overall, a better team. They had 4 turnovers, Buffalo had 0, and the Jets still almost won the game if Kellen Davis runs the correct route. Now, watching GB vs. Detroit and realizing that not only are the Packers expected to make the playoffs, but were considered a serious Super Bowl contender, THAT is painful for fans. GB has one of the Top 2 or 3 QBs in the NFL and they're on a 3 game losing streak, getting defeated at home by the Lions. GB is underachieving and with how the Cardinals and Panthers are playing, I can't see them getting very far in the playoffs.
