i watched most of the giaints patsie game and they could be the match up in the superbowl. the giants are still on top of their division and it's not like any other nfc team save the cardinals and the falcons are doing anything. eli is still a plenty good qb although he threw some pretty bad passes in the second half.

I doubt the Giants make the Super Bowl. I give them credit for playing a nice game, but I think part of it is they have the Pats* number. The Giants are just 5-5, though they play in a weak division.

So the 9-0 Panthers aren't doing anything?

Way too early. The NFL is about injuries and peaking at the right time.

I'd say Carolina, Arizona and Green Bay are all more likely to represent the NFC.

Both Carolina and Arizona are playing solid football.

Both Carolina and Arizona are playing solid football. Yep, one of those two teams will represent the NFC in the Super Bowl.

Watching this game was eye opening - the Pats actually got called for holding on a key situation (though there was a blatant and awful one on their final scoring drive that went on called as a dude got held by the back of his neck collar when running unobstructed at Tammy) and the Giants, more than any other team I see, beat the crap out of Tammy. And when you hit the guy, he behaves like other people, he fumbles, he throws picks (my god he got lucky on that last drive).
I think those two are related, the o line actually getting called for holding, and Tammy getting hit on subsequent plays.

Both Carolina and Arizona are playing solid football. I keep asking myself when the next Carson Palmer type will shake free via trade or free agency.

Brady's long throws looked horrible today, at least as bad if not worse than Fitz's. He heaves his whole body into it with his right shoulder making a huge arc from back to front. How is this so different than what Fitz is capable of? Is getting the ball out a little quicker making all the difference? I want to know why we can't adopt this style of play.

Are you REALLY asking why Fitz can't be more like Brady because the only difference is he gets the ball out "a little" faster? lmfao....such football insight you have.
