Too soon for this.
He gets this year and next, minimum, to show what he can do.

I think you have to be a ruthless, bad bastard to succeed as head coach.

bowles has a lot to learn, so doesn't everyone. what he will need to do is assess whether or not some of his players are actually playing to potential or just mailing it in. right now i'd say on offense fitz plays every down, ivory, and the oline. it's hard ot tell with any of the receivers. marshall does very well when he gets the balls but it's hard to know what he does when doesn't. same with the other guys. on defense i'd say harris, wilk, richarson, harrison, revis play eery down. the rest of the guys it's hard to say. and imo this is the problem. they are playing teams with equal talent but just don't seem to get motivated. they have been doing much better in the second half.
i think bowles will learn and he and macagnan are going to make some serious changes next season.

Rangerous, I'm not a ranger fan but I went to the game last nite against the panthers. What a game man. Probably the best hockey game I ever went too. Exciting fun and came down right to the end.

Was pretty pissed post game today most emotion I've seen from him yet.. Think some changes need to be made on both side of the ball and some new schemes .. Looks like teams have figured us out after the fast start but we keep playing the same way every week weather it works or not ..
Changes I would make Marcus Williams for Cro . Erin Henderson for Davis
Offense I'm not sure but westoff seems to think ivory runs better from the I . So maybe put fitz under center more and run a more traditional offense then a spread with Marshall , decker and enuwa and keep feeding ivory

Early returns not promising. Say what you want about Rex but bullying bad QBs was his calling card. Under Bowels the opposite is happening we make the sucky ones look good.
