Not a bad thought at all. He is quite talented and does not bring baggage like Winston does.

Not sure if I would offer them more than a 5th. He has got some serious size and arm strength but being behind Manning means he is definitely behind the curve.

I wouldn't mind that at all, especially if Woody cleans house and goes with a Tom Heckert GM and Adam Gase HC combo. Those guys would know him the best and would know if he has a chance to be a legit QB in this league.

Tell me why he sucks 6' 8" got a cannon for a arm was decent QB in college sat behind Manning learned for 3 years behind Manning. Let's face it Jets are not getting Mariota no sense hoping they need another option that isn't Geno Smith or Vick.

Although he showed some interesting skills, the guy did not have a ton of experience coming out of college. Yeah, he's big and has a howitzer for an arm. Doesn't mean he can play and worth us trading for him. As for learning behind Peyton, remember Sorgi and Painter? Holy fuck.

There's no incentive for DEN to trade Brock... Zero. They have 50 year old QB who may or may not be around next season. They're just being smart by drafting and grooming a guy like Brock in the wings.
SMART teams like Den, do things like this and it's what keeps them competitive year in and year out.
DUMB teams like the jets think "hey lets trade for Brock"... or If we had Brock, let's trade 'im!

Unless next season is Manning's last season he is going to be a free agent no way can Denver afford to pay 10 Million a yr for QB of the future this isn't 1980.

How in the world is Ossweiler going to get 10M per year as a free agent???
