I liked the jinx, but This show was more like the Paradise Lost movies from HBO. Both had a mentally incompacitated moron giving false confessions that were coerced by the corrupt police. Those guys also spent 18 years in prison. The evidence in their case was even flimsier tho - no DNA evidence, no real weapon found. They were truly railroaded. Paradise Lost 3 kinda nicely wraps up the whole story so u can probably just watch that one. I'm sure it's available on HBO on demand if anyone wants to check it out. Those 3 pieces of shit are guilty as fucking hell and will be back in jail before its all over and done with. Dont even compare the 2 those 3 fucking killed 3 little kids regardless of what Johnny depp and eddy veder paid for you to believe. All the evidence points to them all of it. And that damien fuck was a follower of allister crowley before they caught him had his books and everything. And was caught on tape bragging that he had 3 and needed 7 more before they caught him. I dont know if your familiar with allister crowley but perhaps you should read some of his work along with the thousands of court files publicly available before trusting what was a truly biased forced docudrama to free 3 fucking child killers. Also they are Still Guilty in the eyes of the state which is wht they admitted guilt and took the Alford plea. You dont admit to killing three fucking children ever no matter what even under threat of fucking death especially if you are innocent. I will cut that fucking pieces of shit head off myself if i ever run into them and do my time with a fucking smile. Just watching people and their reactions you can usually get a good idea of their guilt when God has blessed you with that gift. That fucking jesse will be their downfall that guy does nothing since hes been out but pop medication and has fits of depression he ran away when they slaughtered those children he also testified 8 times even in jail to other prisoners...he didnt have the stomach for it and he will never be able to live out his life with that guilt. Mark my fucking words. Steven Avery is a totally different story dont even compare the two its fucking infuriating and only an asshole would think the 2 are even remotely similar. Jessie has the IQ of a 5 year old. It was a totally forced confession. I watched all 3 movies and there was less evidence against those 3 than Steve Avery. Not sayin he did it and the show made him look framed, but they did find her car, bones, etc on his property. They had absolutely nothing on the west Memphis 3. Nothing but the forced confession of an absolute moron. Guess we can agree to disagree.

Police report was shit, full of lies, to lock someone up FOR LIFE NO PAROLE and these motherfuckers just get away with it like nothing? GTFO. Fuck that shit. Ugh this shit man.

Oh YEAH and lets not forget them DESTROYING any chances of real forensic investigation with every fucking test they did, and digging with fucking shovels for the bones they just knew right where they were.... Yeah, OH FUCKIN K! That body wasn't burned there and she wasn't killed there, and she sure as fuck wasn't tied to his bed, raped, throat cut, and shot.
LOL Not ONE fucking shred of evidence or DNA blood nothing. Yeah. ok. lol. No, perfectly cleaned, nasty ass carpet and all, all except for the bullet that "had her dna" GFY assholes. I hope you all pay with the fire of hell.

Steven Avery’s ex-partner says he abused her

Did he do it?

SHE stood by him during one of the most tumultuous periods of his life, but now the ex-fiancee of Making a Murderer’s Steven Avery says it was all a lie, claiming she now believes he is guilty.
Jodi Stachowski, who appeared happy and supportive of Avery in the Netflix true-crime docuseries, has described her former partner as a “monster”, claiming he threatened to kill her unless she made “him look good” in the program.
Ms Stachowski, who spent two years with Avery, says she suffered years of abuse at his hands and had decided to come forward so people would know the “truth” about him.
Since the 10-part documentary examining the controversial case against Avery was released there have been calls for his conviction to be overturned or a Presidential pardon.
“He would beat me all the time, punch me, throw me against the wall,” she told the HLN news network. “I ate two boxes of rat poison just so I could go the hospital and get away from him.”
Ms Stachowski’s allegations come two days after Avery launched an appeal against his conviction for the brutal murder of photographer Teresa Halbach.

The 53-year-old was jailed for life for the 2005 crime — a crime he claims he did not commit. His nephew, Brendan Dassey, was also convicted. Dassey was just 16 when he confessed, without an adult or lawyer present, to being an accomplice in the killing. He later recanted.
For almost a decade Ms Stachowski has remained silent about the events surrounding Ms Halbach’s death but came forward following the release of the Netflix series.
She told HLN she wanted people to know the “truth” about her ex who once told her that “all b*tches owe him’ because of the one that sent him to prison the first time”.
Avery spent 18 years in prison for a rape he didn’t commit. Two years after he was exonerated for the rape, he was charged, and later convicted, of the murder of Ms Halbach, a photographer who visited his car salvage yard to take pictures of a vehicle he was about to sell.
After his release, he filed a lawsuit against Manitowoc County for $36 million. It was during that lawsuit when Ms Halbach went missing.
The Netflix series delves into the case against the pair and the tactics used by police to supposedly get their man.
Ms Stachowski, who was in jail for drink-driving at the time of Ms Halbach’s death, also revealed she felt guilty claiming she was supposed to be with Avery the night the photographer disappeared.

“I had a lot of guilt because the day this happened, Steven was supposed to pick me up and take me to an AODA class — a drinking class,” Ms Stachowski said. “But for some reason, which I still don’t know, the jail would not let me. If they had let me out, she would still be alive.”
Breaking down, Ms Stachowski then reveals she sought therapy to overcome her guilt.
“I went through four months of intense counselling because of my guilt and they kept telling me I had nothing to be guilty about, ‘it’s not your fault’,” [the counsellor] says. “If I had been there I still feel she would have been alive.”
When asked again if she believed Avery’s nephew was guilty of killing Ms Halbach, she replied no.
“I believe he’s innocent,” she said. “I believe Steven threatened Brendan to do it. If Brendan didn’t do what Steven said then he would hurt him.”
In the 30-minute interview, Ms Stachowski also defended the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s office, whose actions are closely examined in the documentary, saying they were just trying to do their job.
She also said she didn’t believe authorities set him up and that when Avery was arrested she knew they had got the right man.
“As soon as I saw it on TV, because I was in jail at the time, something in my gut told me he is guilty.”

Now I understand why there was no blood or DNA of the victim either in the blood soaked rape room where her throat was cut or the filthy garage where she was shot (save for a bullet found 8 months after the garage was searched). He may very well be a terrible person who beat his girlfriend, but that is not evidence that he did it. Even if this came out before trial, it would not be admissible evidence. It simply has no bearing on whether he committed the crime involved (although I have no doubt that scumbag Kratz would hold a press conference disclosing her statement and embellishing it by saying numerous times that Avery beat here while very, very sweaty and wearing only his underwear). Anyway, I do feel bad for her if she was beaten by Avery, but... where are the pics of her with bruises? The records of her being hospitalized for eating rat poison? This is, and has always been, about PROOF. The proof of Avery's guilt simply was not to the level required by our justice system. And this lady has done nothing more than cast aspersions years after the fact. Her bald accusations change nothing for me because even if Avery abused her, unless she says that he handcuffed her to the bed, raped her, invited Dassey to raper her, and threatened to cut her throat, shoot her, and burn her in the bit out back, it would not be admissible evidence in a criminal trial.

ABC News Legal Anchor Dan Abrams launched his own legal website, Law Newz, with a bang on Tuesday — weighing in on the case at the center of the Netflix true crime docu-series Making a Murderer. In one of the site’s first posts, Abrams says he believes that Steven Avery is guilty of the murder of Teresa Halbach and that his nephew, Brendan Dassey, is innocent. Abrams compares the nation’s focus on the hotly debated case to the O.J. Simpson case and discusses some of the pivotal scenes in the 10-part series. In laying out the case for Avery’s guilt, Abrams offers his take on the puncture hole in the vial containing Avery’s blood, a sign the evidence had been tampered with and Avery had been framed, according to the case presented by his defense team, Dean Strang and Jerry Buting. “It is hard not to moved by that moment,” Abrams says. “That is, unless you know that those sorts of punctures are at least somewhat common.” He continues: “Well, that sure changes things but the filmmakers either didn’t know that or just didn’t care to share it with the audience.” Abrams also points to the fact there is actual evidence against Avery, including Halbach’s remains, which were discovered in his fire pit. “Could someone invent seemingly plausible narratives about how or why some other suspect might have committed the crime?” writes Abrams. “Surely. But that does not mean we can or should ignore the actual (as opposed to figmental) evidence against Steven Avery.” He adds: “I am convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that Steven Avery killed Teresa and that he received a flawed but overall fair trial.” Dassey is the real victim in Making a Murderer, according to Abrams. “The interrogation tapes tell the story,” he writes. “It seems obvious that he was ‘guessing’ on what investigators wanted to hear just as he asserted to his mother. Abrams adds: “The authorities suggest that he provided details only the killer would know and that had not been disclosed publicly about the crime. Well, maybe they hadn’t been disclosed or learned because they never actually happened.” He concludes: “So my opinion: Avery is guilty, Dassey not. If true, that would mean Steven Avery has taken not just one life, but two. By maintaining his innocence and refusing to admit his involvement, it precludes him from credibly clearing his nephew.” Abrams hopes that the series at least gets Dassey a new trial, adding, “Dassey’s confession and conviction is, and are, an injustice.”

Yeah, I get it now. When's the last time this mook actually represented a client.
