you arrived at a conclusion i.e. "bias" before you had any evidence of it, i.e. your internet investigation. i didn't use the internet to confirm the shows bias....that was evident to anyone who was watching...i went on to get a broader view of the subject...i don't understand why ur not getting this...

it didn't SEEM one-sided...it WAS one-sided...just like stories u hear on 60 minutes or an article you read...again u can get a vibe...a definite road a producer or writer wants to take u on...which is why i investigated the story further...and why wouldn't u want a person who wants BOTH sides of a story on a jury...i didn't reach a conclusion on whether Avery was guilty or the cops were corrupt or not...i reached a conclusion on which way the producers were taking us emotionally...i don't think your getting the distinction... How is it you were never a mod at JI, what a lucid and rational presentation not exactly high praise with this group...lol...

What a shock that Kratz seems to be the only person, although many have spoken since, seems to mention this. Additional DNA evidence and personal belongings that are only 20 feet from the door. Seems similar to the evidence already in the documentary. If someone was going to believe that a random bullett and a key were planted, safe to assume it would be easy to think the other items were planted. Some of the stuff is almost insanely convenient. I'm not saying Avery is a Rhodes Scholar, but to go through all the trouble to burn the body, but not crush the car, or dispose of a camera, phone or bullett? That just doesn't seem logical.

A few other things in this documentary bother me outside the entire Avery/Dassey stuff.
Both kind of the same thing, but man does Hallbachs brother and ex boyfriend rub me the wrong way. I feel for them losing a loved one, but damn I can't imagine if this happened to my brother that I would be so smug and smary during the whole thing.

If you liked this show you should watch 'The Jinx'. Holy jumping shitballs the American justice system needs some work.
The Jinx is about Robert Dusts life and involvement in numerous murders. He is the son of a NY property mogul.

They found the bullet "that killed her" in the garage.... that rats nest garage that he completely sanitized leaving no fucking shred of DNA, NOTHING. Yet no fuckin blood spatter on ANY of the other shit piled all in that garage, covered in dust and dirt... Yeah... He must have put dust and dirt back on the shit after sanitizing the fuck out of everything... and OBTW... they did find other DNA... He only got rid of HERS... Some fucking expert level CIA and beyond skills shit... In fact- Impossible.

He is the son of a NY property mogul. I liked the jinx, but This show was more like the Paradise Lost movies from HBO. Both had a mentally incompacitated moron giving false confessions that were coerced by the corrupt police. Those guys also spent 18 years in prison. The evidence in their case was even flimsier tho - no DNA evidence, no real weapon found. They were truly railroaded. Paradise Lost 3 kinda nicely wraps up the whole story so u can probably just watch that one. I'm sure it's available on HBO on demand if anyone wants to check it out.

Haven't read the entire thread, I'm only at episode 4 but the tampering of the evidence kit (if goes unexplained) is in itself "reasonable doubt" IMO.

Those 3 pieces of shit are guilty as fucking hell and will be back in jail before its all over and done with. Dont even compare the 2 those 3 fucking killed 3 little kids regardless of what Johnny depp and eddy veder paid for you to believe. All the evidence points to them all of it. And that damien fuck was a follower of allister crowley before they caught him had his books and everything. And was caught on tape bragging that he had 3 and needed 7 more before they caught him. I dont know if your familiar with allister crowley but perhaps you should read some of his work along with the thousands of court files publicly available before trusting what was a truly biased forced docudrama to free 3 fucking child killers. Also they are Still Guilty in the eyes of the state which is wht they admitted guilt and took the Alford plea. You dont admit to killing three fucking children ever no matter what even under threat of fucking death especially if you are innocent. I will cut that fucking pieces of shit head off myself if i ever run into them and do my time with a fucking smile. Just watching people and their reactions you can usually get a good idea of their guilt when God has blessed you with that gift. That fucking jesse will be their downfall that guy does nothing since hes been out but pop medication and has fits of depression he ran away when they slaughtered those children he also testified 8 times even in jail to other prisoners...he didnt have the stomach for it and he will never be able to live out his life with that guilt. Mark my fucking words. Steven Avery is a totally different story dont even compare the two its fucking infuriating and only an asshole would think the 2 are even remotely similar.

The statement links to an August 2011 decision by a three-judge panel of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. The judges upheld Avery's conviction, ruling that the removal of a juror from his trial and the introduction of key evidence found in his home were proper. Kathleen Zellner, an Illinois lawyer who specializes in seeking reversals of convictions, took over last week as head of Avery's defense. She said in a statement that the defense has uncovered new evidence that will exonerate Avery — but she didn't say what it was.www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/gov-scott-walker-says-no-pardon-making-murderer-subject-steven-n494456

You know these idiots, all the way to the judge slipped SOMEWHERE. Some email somewhere, something... They all belong locked up for life. And who knows how many cases they done this shit with. I've considered suing the police and "my attorneys" for very similar shit. Obv not murder charges... They just wanted to extort me.

I can not believe how much he tried that case in the media before the trial ever started. It's one thing to say something like "the coroner has determined the cause of death as a bullet wound to the head." It is quite another thing to embellish on a confession of borderline tard co-defendant and anticipated witness with "and he answered the door in just his underwear, covered in sweat, and holding a knife.... then he walked down the hall all sweaty in his underwear...., raped her, cut her throat, .... and did I mention he was all sweaty and wearing just his underwear...." When there wasn't one bit of evidence that corroborated the bedroom rape/throat cutting scenario. I do not know if Avery is guilty, but I'd bet every penny to my name that the woman was not raped on his mattress and had her throat cut in his trailer.

His fucking sick, pervert, molester pedo mind came up with that bullshit all on his own. I bet he fuckin fantasized about it repeatedly. Someone needs to frame him for something that will get his throat cut in prison with a quickness. Seriously. I strongly hope I live to see justice with these fuckers. And there's a lot more just like him out there... in a whole fuck ton of courts. Particularly the busy ones.
