that article says almost the same thing i was thinking...the kid wasn't smart enough to make up, a story so close to the evidence... Again... did you ACTUALLY watch this?? If so shame on you and I hope you are NEVER on ANY jury or anywhere near any type of authoritative job if you can't clearly see that coerced extremely suggestive "confession" of all things, THIS is what you're hanging onto??? Those bastards belong in prison for that shit! Everyone involved with that kid... who CLEARLY is not fully functioning. They fucking TOLD him what to say repeatedly, with yes/no answers and filled in the blanks. What were YOU watching man?!

Dassey admitted it to his mother that they did it and that Avery had sexual abused him also... Did you actually watch this or what? So, when exactly was Avery sexually abusing Dassey? He was in prison before Dassey was born and had only been out 2 years. Dassey would have been 15 or 16, right? There is no indication that Avery is gay and I think Child molesters like them younger? It makes no sense to me.

I'm baffled how anyone could watch that and think that kid was "confessing" and coming up with any shred of those details on his own....
And anyways, say you DO believe his account.
There is ZERO evidence to corroborate it. In fact there is evidence to PROVE it was made up! ESPECIALLY the bedroom/garage

yes for sexting...but irrelevant to case...i thought Halbachs DNA was on the bullet? The circumstances speak volumes about his integrity. A domestic violence victim, whose case against her boyfriend Kratz was prosecuting, filed a police report alleging that Kratz had sent her 30 sexually coercive text messages over the span of three days. She said that she felt that he was trying to coerce her into a sexual relationship and that if she refused, the case against her boyfriend would be dismissed. During the investigation, two more women came forward accusing Kratz of harassing and intimidating them. Kratz resigned after the Governor sought his removal. His license to practice law was suspended. In the process he admitted to abusing prescription drugs and claimed he was being treated for sexual addiction. In the documentary, he certainly appeared to be a guy that enjoyed the limelight and was prone to crazy exaggerations of the evidence at Press Conferences and when addressing the court. Avery may very well be guilty, but Kratz is a scumbag. Wierd. I thought Kratz was a big fat homo from the documentary. you sure he wasn't sexually harrassing the boyfriend? haha Someone said he seems like a child molester. That dude definitely fits the profile. Yuck. He makes my skin crawl just listening to his voice.

"it's gonna hurt her if she doesn't hear it from you first... blablabla" And when he calls and vaguely says he did some of that shit, and then she is catching clear contradictions, he flat out tells her, "well it didn't happen", "they got in my head" and shit.

I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if he fuckin raped the lady and that Sgt Lent scumbag pumped a whole mag in her when they were done... I think they believed she was shot like 11 times??? So a single shot .22 and not one fuckin trace of evidence. yeah right. my ass. Oh lets not forget... EVERY SHRED "found" was found by those bastards... when they were supposed to be nowhere near the case. No other detectives find anything at all, but these fucking bastards just hardy boy their way to all the evidence and find fuckin keys and bullets in less than an hour, where nothing was found after 8 straight days of searching.

I just thought the use of Bias was curious. I too looked on the internet for more information, but not because I thought it was biased. I looked because I was curious. I would not want you on my jury. You watched the only evidence presented in that documentary and concluded without any other evidence that you thought it was biased.

Not only that, but his own original moron of a lawyer had his investigator make him draw the pictures of the victim. He is WAAAYYYY below average intelligence. He thought they were going to let him go home after he "confessed" to the crime. It's almost inhumane what they did to him. I know it's hard for us to think someone would "confess" to a crime they didn't commit, but the same thing happened to the simpleton in paradise lost. They can't see the larger picture (that if I confess I will go to jail forever), but only see right in front of them (if I say what they want me to say, they will leave me alone and I can go home). Seems rediculous to us, but that's the way they think. He has the intelligence (maybe lower) of a 7 or 8 year old.

As I watched it, I was not thinking "this is Biased". I had no basis to think so. I was curious and looked into the story further and yes they did leave out stuff that was incriminating to Avery. But the producers say the film is not about whether he did it. It is about how the state "made their case"; hence the name "Making of a Murderer". You say you watched and and concluded it was bias. You did so with no basis other than your gut instinct. I would not want such a person on my jury. Cases are to be decided on the evidence in the courtroom, and nothing more.

I'm just shocked that you could watch that "confession" and then go as far as to cite that as main evidence they were guilty... That damn confession is one of the most disturbing parts of the whole thing.
