Why would the league e approve 2 teams to move? Wouldn't it be just one of the three? The Chargers and Raiders are part of a joint venture to share a stadium, much like the Jets & Giants current arrangement at MetLife Stadium.

No way the Rams should be going there to make it 4. If anything Oregon deserves one for legalizing bud. Seriously... WAY too many teams in Cali. I guess Chargers and Raiders sharing a stadium aint so bad tho. I hope it sucks as much as Metslife. At least it won't be a minefield half dirt.

Considering they all have both moved in and out of LA, the league should move the Jaguars or the Buccaneers to LA.

Serious question...what has changed in LA since the NFL left, to make them think 2 teams can be successful there.

I hope the Raiders move because fuck Oakland and fuck us having to go there. Also fuck their dirtbag gang member fanbase. Like there's any less of those gang members in LA?

The NFL will end up making the Rams stay in St. Louis and the Raiders and Chargers will go to LA. Why do you say that? I think the Rams are almost guaranteed to go. Stan Kroenke is the BSD (big swinging dick) in all of this movement talk. He's the guy with the $ and the plan. He's already bought land in Inglewood, CA. And, if you want to talk about a ballsy move....Kroenke started construction to prepare the site for a stadium last month. Yup, while the Jets and Giants dicked around for years and finally figured out how to share a stadium this guy simply bought land and wrote a check to start construction. He's all in on moving the Rams to California. If I had to rank the teams from most likely to move to least likely I'd say: 1. Rams 2. Chargers 3. Raiders But knowing me...I'll be completely wrong. Ok, I'll bet you a beer when you make it to Hampurcon. St. Louis has approved money and has a plan for a new stadium. Neither Oakland nor San Diego have come up with new stadium plans that are even close to ready for the NFL. The raiders and chargers have agreed to share a stadium. If that happens, the bay area still has a team (SF) and Southern California does not lose a team, it only relocates it up the road. If LA gets two teams in one stadium, the NFL will realign. I'm not sure how the money works but if the owners get relocation money from two teams, it money in the bank for them and gives the big LA tv market lots of ad revenue for the NFL and the NFL does not lose the St. Louis market.. We should know soon.

Gotta wonder what it's like being a loyal fan (regardless of how many there actually are) to have your team begging to leave.

The NFL is such a blood sucker making the team pay to move: More interesting is the relocation fee an owner must pay for the right to move a franchise, which Rapoport reported is $550 million per team that relocates to L.A. An LA franchise is worth probably 3 billion. They werent going to gift an owner a billion or so in net worth. If they had put an expansion franchise there they would have divided up the money. It's not exactly a liquid asset to have to come up with Half s billion in fees

It's not exactly a liquid asset to have to come up with Half s billion in fees I think Kroenke could come up with a half billion on his own. Not sure about the other ones. They may end up selling shares to get the money or the league could loan it to them and charge them interest. When there were talks of Jacksonville making the move I thought they were going to have to pay a billion.

It has to lead to an empty stadium. No way would I show up to a jets tailgate if they just made a bid to move to another city.
