It's not exactly a liquid asset to have to come up with Half s billion in fees I think Kroenke could come up with a half billion on his own. Not sure about the other ones. They may end up selling shares to get the money or the league could loan it to them and charge them interest. When there were talks of Jacksonville making the move I thought they were going to have to pay a billion. Stan Kroenke is a major asshole. He is going to build that stadium regardless if the Rams move there or not. He already owns the Denver Nuggetts and Colorado Avalanche, as well as Arsenal. Regardless the guy has some serious money - Kroenke is a major owner of working ranches, owning a total of 848,631 acres. The Land Report magazine ranked him as the United States' ninth-largest landowner in 2015.

The NFL will end up making the Rams stay in St. Louis and the Raiders and Chargers will go to LA. Why do you say that? I think the Rams are almost guaranteed to go. Stan Kroenke is the BSD (big swinging dick) in all of this movement talk. He's the guy with the $ and the plan. He's already bought land in Inglewood, CA. And, if you want to talk about a ballsy move....Kroenke started construction to prepare the site for a stadium last month. Yup, while the Jets and Giants dicked around for years and finally figured out how to share a stadium this guy simply bought land and wrote a check to start construction. He's all in on moving the Rams to California. If I had to rank the teams from most likely to move to least likely I'd say: 1. Rams 2. Chargers 3. Raiders But knowing me...I'll be completely wrong. Called it...and it wasn't even difficult. This could be seen coming a mile away. I'm not sure why anyone felt as if there were uncertainty today, even some of these leading sports writers. Follow the money. Look at the commissioners actions. It tells you everything you need to know. Rams, Chargers to Los Angeles was a done deal minute Stan put his plan together IMO.

The NFL has such a hard on for the Rams in LA & for them to succeed, bet the farm on the Rams to make the playoffs next season.
