You guys realize that Schotty had Sanchez to work with in NY, right? I'm pretty sure Andrew Luck is a lot better.
Schotty's system is complicated and requires a smart QB who can make quick decisions. Maybe this is just the situation that would work for him.

If it wasn't for his last name, the guy would've been out of coaching a long time ago. |
