I'm such a skinny weakling it's pathetic.
I'm at the begining of building a small deck in the yard, so I started hoeing (sp?) and digging. I have to make a pretty big fucking hole with just a shovel. The next day I was crying like a bitch, hurting all over.
I don’t have the drive to workout (run, lift weights..etc). It’s boring as watching snow melt. Everyone who does is like “you just have to work through the first 30 minutes where it’s a pain in the fucking ass, and then it’s fun”. Fuck that. I’ll do anything as long as it’s fun, if there’s a purpose (score a point or whatever).

I'd been hearing this ad on WFAN aimed at fat fucks like me for these probiotics to help clean out all the trash in my system - does that actually help?

The liver detox and salt removal as ell as the colon will go a long way with you. Your shaped like my cousin he did it and dropped his midsection in 2 months

You aint lying. Fuck it, as long as its flat im good. Im buying a bike now too to switch it up because Im going to blow my fucking knees out Yup, way better for your knees. You'll drop another 10 over the summer if you do about 100 miles a week. Maybe even more depending on your diet. Me? I stay at 220, 36w, drop down to ~210 peak of summer. I really don't want to ever be less than that, lose too much power for sprints and handling unruly ED patients. I'd be unruly if I couldn't get it up too.

I have too train twice as hard cause I like a few pints every week. Yeah I'm cutting that out for awhile, that's my biggest source of calories. Stay up late and drinking them going to bed is not good.

Stay up late and drinking them going to bed is not good. You can get away with it in your early to mid twenties, now if I drink at weekends I smash the runnin and gym just to maintain weight. I cut sugar and fat out of my diet about ten years ago but I'm never quitting beer.

If you want to feed the good bacteria in your large intestines, (probiotics) you can do that with a heaping tablespoon of potato starch in an 8oz glass of water. Start slowly however, and work your way up to that. Otherwise, you'll feel the bern!!! You save alot compared to the name brand stuff.

Good job, Ragu! I think I'm kinda stuck where I'm at, with a 38" waist, but that's down from 46" when I weighed 300lbs. I'm hovering between 200-210 now.
