All quiet on the Jets front, but news is trickling in with the legal tampering period starting tomorrow:

Guess their going to wait until last minute to make some moves to clear cap space .. Until Mo signs his tender he doesn't count against the cap so right now they have about 22 million .
These are the moves I can see happening to clear space
Cuts Folks Kerley Cumberland Breno
Restructure
Mangold Brick Marshall

Wow. Could Denver possibly want Fitz if Brock were to bolt to Houston?

Wow. Could Denver possibly want Fitz if Brock were to bolt to Houston? There are three teams that I think could potentially be bidders for Fitz -- Denver (if they lose Brock) LA (depending on what they think of Foles) and Houston (if O'Brien could consider bringing him back). Both Houston and LA have plenty of cap space and could potentially see Fitz as the guy to allow them to compete while developing a young QB. Denver has less cap room, but who else would they turn to if they lose Brock?

Can Denver afford Fitz? Can anyone now?

Can Denver afford Fitz? Can anyone now? Denver has about $10MM in cap space. Can get to $30MM if they release Clady and Ware. Rams have$40MM +. There are teams with the $$, just remains to be seen if they have interest and at what price.

No surprise -- once this goes through, we will have the least cap space in the league.

A bidding war for Ryan Fitzpatrick. Unreal. Only the Jets would get themselves in a situation like this. lol
I wonder if Macc had tried to do a 2-year deal with him or add a team option for this current season rather than the 1 year deal.
