I'm not a Trump supporter in any way shape or form, but charging that guy for grabbing her arm is nuts. Trump is right though, if she reached out to touch him to try to get his attention to answer a question, she's technically guilty of battery too. In most states the crime of battery is defined somewhere along the lines of an intentional "unauthorized touching" no matter how minimal that touching might be. |

I've actually heard of it, so I'm due to get on it in 5 years when everyone is 7 generations of technology ahead of me. My son disappeared from any social media I can comprehend and is snapchattin or some such so we cant track him. I'll never catch up or know what he's really up to. He gets tagged on facebook once in a while, he looks happy that we're still paying his tuition. And he loves red cups, apparently.  |
