if we lose this game, I'm signing out for the season. That fuckhead GM of ours build this roster to win now and passed on the future, so I expect to win fucking now. Wouldn't Paxton lynch have been the more win now choice? I don't know what our GM has been thinking in the drafts. Fine, Leo Williams was there so u take him (even tho we were staked at that position - and only that position) but he looks like a stud. Other than that, the Devin smith pick and then these two first rounders this year were terrible. Should have taken Lynch. Sick of year after year our GMs making puzzling stupid picks when everyone knows who they should take except our cluesless FO. Just tired of it. And now with another year of fitz and us fans grasping at straws about some crappy long shot QB on the roster it really feels like there is no future in sight. How can you care in a situation like this. F this crap franchise.

Yours is a total non sequitur. We know you hate Mac's draft. I don't and I wasn't talking about that so take it to some place that is talking about that or start a thread about it if you must

I don't and I wasn't talking about that so take it to some place that is talking about that or start a thread about it if you must I was commenting on his line about " that GM of ours." This is actually a thread about Sammy Watkins being out which also has nothing to do with whether we are a win now team. And there's so much I don't like about this team besides the GMs draft. As for Sammy Watkins, they should have kept their draft picks and taken Beckem Jr. With that pick, he's hurt too much and Odell is probably better anyway. That comment is more in line (although not exactly) with this thread than whether the jets are a win now team. And BTW - The jets aren't a win now team, they are a lose now team. You knit wit. Hahaha. Get it? Knit cause u knit hats. ) but seriously, I've said it b4 and will say it again, you really should knit different team hats. A good team where the fans would want to wear the colors and logo of the team in hat form.

^^^Stop bragging, morons. It's like saying, "We all have AIDS, but I've had it longer." I thought that was the meaning of being a Jets fan and in the end we'll all die before we see a Super Bowl win. Good analogy.

I am most definitely in the apathy stage. Been here for a few years. Goodell and the refs rigging games and handing them to the cheating flats have really done it for me. I really don't care much about the game as a whole at all anymore. And that fucking PINK they ruin the best fucking month of the year with... Wellll FUCK the NFL And FUCK NIKE

10+ years...you have to be fucking kidding me. You have no clue how tormenting this franchise can be to it's most loyal followers......no fucking clue. 10+ years, give me a break. On a serious tone you should start watching college football if you can on that side of the pond. It's the way football was meant to be played. Ten lol.... Your torture has just begun ..talk to me in 30 more... December 12, 1982 Tampa Bay V NY Jets.....the first football game I ever went to with my Dad. It was 18 degrees out that day and the Jets won 32-17. Right then I knew this was the greatest team ever to walk on the field and I'd see them in the superbowl every year.

Nah honestly I'm done smashin beer cans around the room and bustin laptops over this team for 10+ years. That Buffalo loss changed something in my head. Everyone knows how I feel about Fritz and shit but it's no fun trying to prove a point and gettin so worked up ruining your week after every loss. Same ole shit different year, Pats 1-0 without Brady, same BS calls helping the whiter than white franchises week in week out, same fuckin boring ass QB's winning SB's year after year. This is the least excited I've ever been for a season and you know what I actually think the whole fuckin game is starting to irritate me, it's just the same predictable shit all the time. When we gave up that 3rd and 18 and final TD drive I wasn't even angry for like the first time in forever, I just rolled my eyes and thought well well well, where have I seen that boring ass shit before. I'd rather watch the fuckin cooking channel than some of these games. 10+ years...you have to be fucking kidding me. I got dragged into this shit in 98-99 something like that, so although it's not as much mental abuse as you 30+ year dudes it's still enough to last me a fuckin lifetime. I've got Sky and there's live college ball on all day Saturday so I can watch it, just depends on work and kids etc. I definitely do need to start making some time to watch more college ball though.

You missed the kotite years and the late 80s, both of which were horrid. You lucky dog. But, you also missed the early/ mid 80s with the sack exchange and the high scoring offense. Those were still my favorite Jets teams to this day - McNeil, Toon, Walker, Mickey Schuler (probably the best TE we ever had). Those were fun teams - the games would be 56 to 54 shootouts. They came close a few times but never won. Actually, they are exactly like he jets of the late 90s and 2000s. Teases that ultimately broke your heart at the most critical moment. Damn this franchise to hell.

I' know all about the Kotite years missed the Parcells Champ game heartbreak, but I've still got a lengthy service and I'm scarred enough, I'm glad I missed all that shit.

Cordy Glenn also banged up for Buffalo. Left the game yesterday after injuring an ankle -- missed time in preseason with the ankle injury. Bills are banged up and still have two guys on suspension. No excuses. Last year was a u-haul game they couldn't make the playoffs, and I believe 8 starters didn't play against us we have a long way to go starting with the Qb position.

I don't disagree -- if they think they are playoff contenders, they need to win this game on Thursday night. But having lost 5 straight to them, and the way we fell to them in a big spot last time we went up there with everything to play for, I am not feeling real good about the game, regardless of who is out of the lineup.
