If we get pressure like we did last week just double Watkins and put a spy on McCoy. They won't cross the 50.

You missed the kotite years and the late 80s, both of which were horrid. You lucky dog. But, you also missed the early/ mid 80s with the sack exchange and the high scoring offense. Those were still my favorite Jets teams to this day - McNeil, Toon, Walker, Mickey Schuler (probably the best TE we ever had). Those were fun teams - the games would be 56 to 54 shootouts. They came close a few times but never won. Actually, they are exactly like he jets of the late 90s and 2000s. Teases that ultimately broke your heart at the most critical moment. Damn this franchise to hell. I came in when Al Groh was HC or when Herm came in, can't really remember the exact year. I' know all about the Kotite years missed the Parcells Champ game heartbreak, but I've still got a lengthy service and I'm scarred enough, I'm glad I missed all that shit. Don't worry, the heartbreak in Pittsburgh was the worst feeling in the world - worse than the Parcells championship game. Yes, that was a tease because we were ahead of halftime and definitely would have won the Superbowl, but it was almost a magical feeling - you knew it was too good to be true. But that Pittsburgh game (actually, both of them - the one under Rex too), they were soul crushing.

The Pitt championship game was the low point for me. 8 hour drive to Pittsburgh, I just had to be there to experience it in person, thinking we had the better team. And then the team doesn't show up until the second half. Worst part was the shuttle bus across the river to our hotel after the game. Me, my son and 50 + Steeler fans on the bus. And they were so subdued. It was so routine to them almost like it was just another win -- no celebration, nothing. Just another Super Bowl. One of many. I hate those fuckers from Pittsburgh. Bills was not as bad. I saw that one coming from a mile away.

Me. Last year at Buff. Had a bad feeling going in, knew it all along....
I'm at....1975 loss 42-14. A few wins after like 19-17. Then Jerry Butler as a rookie owns Jets 31-0.1981. Fucking coldest game I've ever been to at Rich...Dec early 90s Jets lose sumthing like 9-6. Countless other losses I've witnessed in person vs. Buffalo. Some good wins too. Chad, Vinny, Favres only game here as a Jet...they won....
My gut really sez the Jets will win big. Buffalo is shot.
