I know it's early in the season and you can't consider one or two games a trend yet, but Buffalo held Baltimore to 13 points. The Jets hung 37 on the Bills and did it in a thorough, balanced, time-consuming manner using both air and ground. Is Buffalo really that bad on D or are the Jets very good on O? I don't think Cincinnati is that bad on D and the Jets actually did well on offense. Too many times they had to settle for 3 points in the redzone and they also left 4 points in the kicking game off the board, so they essentially put up 26 points had Nick not folked things up. That would be an average of 31.5 points per game so far this year. We have a good offense. How flippin CRAZY is that?! Bob Sutton brought Rex's defensive schemes to KC, so the Jets O should be well-prepared.

Last time I ask this meathead, what's the deal with your Italian heritage? My grandma was Italian, so my dad is half. She died 2 years ago and she is resting in the cemetery in the town where our family is from, it's called Pisogne and I try to go two times a year to visit her grave and see the family. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pisogne

Serious question. Onions or no onions in the gravy Of course onions in the sauce (who the fuck calls it gravy), and you slice a garlic clove with a razor blade, making it paper thin so that it liquefies in the pan.

Grind it out with ball control and field position... It's like an extended game of chicken called "who's going to fuck up first"... This is probably the most interesting game (to me) outside of our division. It's a coaching chess match. Interested to see how Bowles prepares for this one.

The Jets could really change my mind about their prospects this year if they can go on the road and knock a well coached team off that will definitely be in the playoff mix at the end of the season.
We can't lose the head to head against two potential AFC wildcard teams in Cincy and the Chiefs.

Pretty sure part of Kansas City is in Kansas.
Wrap your head around that.

A few thoughts... - Thank god we're not going there 0-2 - I'll be watching the KC game Sunday with a particular focus on their O. They have an excellent TE in Travis Kelce. I don't think the Jets have seen a great TE yet these first two weeks. Will be interested to see how/who they use to cover. Skrine in the slot? Bracket him with D. Lee handing off to a Safety? - The Jets earned this extra rest and will need it to prepare good point about kelse but that's one of the reason they drafted lee. he was making some darn good plays thrusday night. alex smith is also not very mobile. maybe a tad more than the red ryder. the dline should be able to muster up some sacks and pressures.
