the media is getting on the jets hiring defensive coaches instead of offensive and plugging that little twerp joshy mcdaniel as a potential hire. where we these guys last season when the jets we putting up points and the offense was doing just fine? imo bowles will be fine as long as he keeps the players motivated and focused on the game ahead. and offense? gailey is supposed to be one of the best oc's in the league. could it be that the defenses have figured out what the jets do and have adapted? if so then it's time for the jets to change their game and adapt. hopefully they have the personel. may this new te will be the guy they need to make enough of a difference. or maybe one of the young receiver will come on as strong as enunwa has.

I want the media to get on Macc too. He's had such shitty crappy horrible drafts. Devin smith??? Hackensuck? What the fuck is his guy thinking??? Macc sux worse than Bowles.

The whole offensive defensive coach is bullshit. Plenty of defensive coaches with good O and vice versa. How'd that chip Kelly thing work out?
It's about the ability to coach, not what side of the ball you come from. Good coaches, like good QBs, are hard to come by.

If Paxton Lynch continues to play the way he did last week the media will run Macc out of town. The #1 need for the Jets was a QB and they took another workout warrior.

Dak Prescott, Trevor Semen as well, no?

Bowles is fair game. He needs to show some growth as well this season. I think we all agree his ceiling is much higher than Rexes but we are lying to ourselves if we don't acknowledge he has a lot of room for improvement.

Do we have any evidence he hasn't already hit his ceiling. Game 17 last year with no adjustments and then the loss wS chalked up to rookie mistake. This year he seems to be doing the same thing , even more. In fact he does seem like he's regressing. With this downward trend the Steelers game will be worse than watching braveheart. And his coaching hires are starting to look scary bad. How can someone who played and coached the secondary have that as the worst unit? The talent is not that bad

I don't think we should give up and fire the guy, regardless of how much you all say we need a Bowles movement!

Dan Quinn looks like he has a clue; although he has a ready-to-go offense; tbh

Kyle Shanahan looks like a fit. Daddy Shanny was all about the explosiveness; Quinn says he loves uptempo everything (from what I read)

The talent is not that bad I can't argue with anything you said. He needs to step it up. I just think he has the ability to evolve in ways that Rex couldn't. And I am tired of hearing how much energy and passion he has behind closed doors. That method isn't translating onto the field. The team is routinely flat. How much does it suck that we will be drafting a CB again in the first round.

Don't know how long it will last, but even a butt-whiff-tackle couldn't slow ATL. They were coming downhill all night in the MNF (debate) game
