Looking for someone with HC experience like Cowher or Grudden or do you want someone from college or a coordinator? Offensive or Defensive specialist?

I've wanted Gruden for years...I guess he's as good as anyone right now.
No rookies

Josh McDaniels, Sean McDermott or Jim Harbaugh.

Let's face it, it doesn't make one bit of difference who the coach is if you don't have a competent QB. It will be the same shit over and over again. One decent season, one horrific season, inconsistent play. Until this franchise solves the QB mystery I don't really care who coaches this team because it really isn't going to matter.

Josh McDaniels, Sean McDermott or Jim Harbaugh. Any coach that drafted Tebow is a no in my book. Give Harbaugh whatever he wants

Harbaugh isn't leaving Michigan - he's treated like a God there. And at least not until he wins a title.

That's surprisingly short sighted from you. A good coach can go a long way into making an average QB to a decent one, or a slightly below average one to an average one. Colin Kaepernick is exhibit A.

During their bye week he was on the recruiting trail announcing Homecoming Queens and working on the chain gang an high school games. He sure looked like he was having good time in those videos.

I just don't agree. I think Harbaugh would leave Michigan in a second for the right NFL job. Harbaugh does all that stuff because he knows it's necessary. I would bet my bottom dollar that if he could drop all that nonsense and come back to the NFL, he would, if the money was right.

He could have had as much money as he wanted in the NFL after he left SF. Harbaugh will be in Michigan for at least the next 5 years. Putting him in the conversation is silly right now.

What job was that in the NFL he turned down for Michigan? That's revisionist history. Harbaugh waited a good long time to see his NFL options before agreeing to take Michigan. Look, I'm not saying it's going to happen, or it's even likely, but it's definitely not out of the question. I also doubt the Jets would be the franchise to get him either.
