And if you're in favor of giving him one more year, let me ask you this...what would he have to show next year to stick around for a 4th?
The Jets in all likelihood are going to eat ass next year too unless Petty or Hackenberg blow everyone's tits off.
I haven't seen anything from Bowles this year that leads me to believe that he's great at managing the game, making halftime adjustments, keeping the locker room in check, etc.
So I say he can go fuck himself, commit to Macc for the next 2-3 years and let him hand pick his own HC, go OL heavy in FA and draft a guy like Fournette, Cook or Peppers in the 1st round.

i'm still not on the anti bowles wagon but a loss like this is tough to take. where was the long ball? marshall caught one pass and had his man beat all day. anderson made a great catch that was mainly because anderson made the catch not that it was a great throw..

I'm willing to give him time, but I'm just struggling to understand what his strength is as a HC. Or even as a defensive coach. Like, where is the improvement coming from going forward? What have we seen to suggest that there's a light at the end of the tunnel? The team just seems lost.
