So let me get this straight .... the teams on our schedule played better than anticipated and that's the NFL fucking us? A schedule that has no subjectivity but is rather formulaic based on where you finish in the standings. These conspiracy theories are getting real old and makes us as a fan base seem very petty.

That's a pretty interesting chart. But yeah I agree with vic, I do not see NFL fucked us. The Jets schedule turned out to be even worse then they perceived that's just circumstance. We knew as a fan base that the first 7 or so games were going to be rough.
Looks like the biggest change for the worst was Jacksonville.

How quickly we forget the teams we had to play consecutively to start the season while we tried to band-aid our secondary..if we had those games scattered throughout our season maybe we would have had a fighting chance. Packers, Bears, Lions, Chargers, Broncos, Patriots So yeah I still think they bone the Jets on a regular basis.

They did us a favor. That 6 game stretch exposed Rex and Idzik and made yesterday possible.

The Bears, Lions and Chargers were all thought to be average to slightly above average teams prior to the season and how were the schedule makers to know that we'd be band-aiding our secondary in the beginning of the season and not the end of the season (when the schedule was more favorable) when they they made the schedule. Do you truly believe this multi billion dollar league goes out of its way to specifically screw the Jets, thereby risking its reputation and possibly affecting its money train? If so, you are nuts.

Once again Indy is at the near bottom of the list. These fuck tard Indy fans don't know how good they've had it over the last 10 years.....pisses me off to no end.
Manning, Luck and ten plus years of getting to play the likes of the Titans/Jags/Texans 6 games a year.
I swear Irsay sold his soul to devil.

That's why we've been in this mess for the last 45 years.

They did us a favor. That 6 game stretch exposed Rex and Idzik and made yesterday possible. How did it expose Rex? Was it his fault that our former dumbass GM failed to provide him the players, especially CBs, needed for his defensive schemes to work? If Izdick was slightly competent at his former job, and VaGeno not turning the ball over like a baby drinking milk, the Jets probably win some of those games. So let me look at this, Rex had us in several of those games in a position to win: GB, CHI, Det, Den, NE. We all knew going into the season that our secondary was a HUGE problem. Please, let's not rewrite history. That was all on Izdick, not Rex. That's why Izdick left NY yesterday just releasing a statement. He knew he fvcked up big time as a GM.

Manning is the greatest regular season QB in history. Then comes the playoffs and he shits the bed when facing better teams. Andrew Luck has picked up exactly where P. Manning left off in Indy.

Yea - the same could be said of the Patriots - they've had it pretty easy in the AFCE for quite some time.
