GM - Mike Maccagnan Asst GM - Scot McCloughan HC - Dan Quinn OC - Tom Cable DC - Kris Richard ![:D](//storage.forums.net/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) That's not a bad offseason right there. As long as Bradway doesn't have a seat at the table anymore I'm more than OK with that lineup.

What makes you guys want Cable as OC?
I'm not knocking it I would just like to be enlightened....can't say I know a lot about Cable other than him coaching the Raiders

Saw PFT report that teams are still pursuing Scot MccLoughan. ...I was told the #Jets didn't have convos w/ him about being their GM
Looks like we were only interested in McCloughan in a head of scouting/personnel role

anyone get the feeling that woody is so scared of making a mistake, he'll wait until the other teams have hired, and take who's left, so he can feel he did his due diligence?

Robinson comes to the Buccaneers after 12 seasons with the New England Patriots (2002-13), including two stints (2001-02, '09-11) in which he worked with the Buccaneers' new general manager, Jason Licht. Most recently, Robinson worked as the Patriots' director of college scouting (2009-13) after having served as the team's assistant director of college scouting in 2008. While with the Patriots, Robinson contributed to the drafting of several key players, including wide receiver Julian Edelman (seventh round, 2009), defensive back Devin McCourty (first round, 2010), tight end Rob Gronkowski (second round, 2010), tackle Nate Solder (first round, 2011) and defensive end Chandler Jones (first round 2012).
Prior to the 2008 season, Robinson spent two years as a regional scout (2006-07) and four years as an area scout (2002-05) for the Patriots. During his time in New England, Robinson was a part of an organization that won 10 division titles, four conference titles and two Super Bowls.
A native of Union City, Tennessee, Robinson signed with the U.S. Air Force Academy out of high school before transferring to Southeast Missouri State, where he played for three seasons and earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics education. Following his playing career, he coached at his alma mater in 1998 before moving on to coach at Nicholls State for three seasons (1999-2001), where he worked until joining New England.

I get a little bit of that feeling. Due diligence to make sure we meet as many qualified people as possible but I would think that they should have a feeling for someone already and if they do they should get the ball moving on him.
