A gazillion to 3? I mean, even if Belidick is overcome with Christmas pity and plays his 3rd string QB and 2nd string O-line he still wins games. I don't see how he can keep the score down even if he tries.

And if I seem negative, it's because my disgust is quadrupled after watching the igles last night. Nothing to play for and they had pride and ferocity and spirit and kicked butt. and we have a team of quitters. Sorry you're sick Todd, but you've let this team fall into the abyss and I'm pissed about it.

Well, if coach can't make the game, we'll see how much the players like him. If they play half assed like the prime time games, then we know they have no loyalty to bowels. If they play hard and cover the 16.5, we'll know they want Coach back next year.

As I suffered through watching yesterday's game I couldn't help but think that it just wasn't a lack of skilled players, or young players making mistakes, or players quitting on their teammates, or an inordinate number of players on IR, or poor preparation or a bunch of greedy, lazy POS's phoning it in to get through a miserable season. It seemed like I knew what was coming and it wasn't going to be good, i.e., coming up short on 3rd and 1, a turnover, a missed field goal or the defense giving up a big play after holding them to 3rd and long. It just seemed like bad karma and there was no point of even showing up, all this after the Jets played them tough in New York.
