Assume that the money is exactly the same on a one year deal. EXACTLY the same--really short money. And Sanchez gets released so there is no compensation for him.
All 3 free agents getting the same minimal $$, who would you prefer as the third string jag QB behind either Hack as the starter and Petty number 2 or vicey versy.
Pros:
Geno- will likely pay off his debts.
Fitz- epic beard.
Sanchez- Guapo as fuck
Cons:
Geno- punk ass punk.
Fitz- six interceptions in one game. SIX?!? Wtf.
Sanchez- couldn't beat out Trevor Semen, couldn't beat out a beat parapalegic for the post season roster.
Who would you want?
Or rather who would you want less least?

The Post and NBC Sports both say the the Jets best QB option may be the fucking idiot. So if Geno does comes back, at least he'll fit in nicely with the idiot head coach and general manager.

Let Powell be our 3rd string QB. We wasted 4 fucking roster spots on QBs last year. And they all sucked.

Sanchez. I don't recall him throwing 6 picks in a single game,
Bring him back, give him a shot to do it.

Geno and its not even close. At least with Geno, there is a possibility (however remote) that he may develop into something. The book has been written on the other 2.

Geno has a better arm than either of the other two, not to mention the ability to make plays with his legs. He's not a leader, he's terrible at seizing opportunities, and I doubt he has much of a future in the league. But I'd rather see him or Petty under center in a throw-away season than to see Fitz or Sanchez steal more money from the franchise. And if Hackenberg isn't even a outside consideration in year 2...well it's just more evidence that the Jets should just trade away all of their second-round picks going forward. They are incapable of picking a quality player in that round.

A conversation on a 3rd string qb, comical.

Justin Miller taken AFTER Mike Nugent, also in the second round. This team can't draft there for shit. Alex Van Dyke, Dorian Boose, Clemens, Vlad, Hill, Geno, Amaro and the two from '05. David Harris is probably the only good 2nd-round pick this team has made in over 20 years.

But if I had to pick, I don't know. I think I would say Sanchez. Nacho was always a good soldier.
