With a starting LT, CB and QB now signed have the Jets at least given the illusion of a starting roster heading into the Draft?
Any other "must sign" positions at this point?

Yes ... they need a decent head coach.

I'd like another RB and I'd also like to draft one.
Right now it's Powell and an aged Forte.

Through draft or Free Agency: TE , WR and you can never have enough CB's in today's NFL

I'd like to to see us make two more moves for guys we've already brought in for visits.
FB Zach Line TE Mychal Rivera
Both would be cheap pickups who can contribute.

They are gonna botch the early picks in the draft. Here comes another bust surrounded by solid players before and after, AGAIN I just know it

The only significant hole still left in my mind is free safety. Do they think that Gilchrist will be recovered by the time the season starts? Or that Middleton is good enough to hold down the fort until he is? Jairus Byrd is still out there, but he's a little long in the tooth for where we are now. I thought they'd give Bradley McDougald a shot. He's nothing special but at least he's healthy enough to start the season and he's only 26.

SAFETY
And they need find someone to groom to replace David Harris next season. Other than that, they can go BPA, which is where you want to be. That is how you build a team correctly. You can't force a draft to fill holes.
Oh, and did I mention SAFETY

Threads like this make (whatever is left of) my hair hurt. Are all holes filled? LMAO, yeah they are filled - to win 2 games next season that is. LOL Jet fans like to punish themselves it appears.
LOL Wesley Johnson is your starting C and some guy nobody has ever heard of who got cut by the Jags is your starting LT and our QB is Josh McCown. LMAO. Our WR's are 1 broken slow white guy, Q, and a few unproven guys. RB's are old and Powell. We have no TE, we have no FB, slow and small LB'ers, a fat overpaid and over rated DL, and no secondary. LOL. Oh not to mention Shrimp Boat Captain Todd "Bubba Gump" Bowltite at the helm leading us to 1 or 2 wins if we are lucky next season.
But all of the holes have definitely been filled.
Kill me now PLEASE

If filling holes in your boat is applying silly putty then perhaps. We need a permanent fix, or at least duct tape.

Depends on what your definition of "filled" is. Yes, we have warm bodies occupying roster spots at those positions.

I think the OP was suggesting the "illusion" of being filled, not that we are actually stacked at every position.
That's why he used the term "illusion".
