I'd think the dude in the car has a pretty good case. Crowd was getting violent, I feared for my safety and took off before I got Reginald Denny'd.

I believe some states have passed laws protecting drivers in these cases. NC does. We also have a pretty easy carry conceal law. Not only bad guys are armed here. No wonder crime is lower. Our teachers seem to bang a lot of students though. |
