Anyone attempted to use a DNS or a VPN for a work around on the shitty nfl gamepass US version to get their hands on the premium international service? These bastards in Australia get every game Sunday through Sunday all the way to the Superbowl for around 200 bucks.
If not, has anyone found a way to get around the eligibility factor with getting the package streamed to your PS4. Everyone I know lives in a residential area that has access and I just found out DTV is wise to the PO box address work around.

i found the next level shit. I used to think this kodi box was the answer - and it still has it's place - but this iptv or whatever is like a gamepass for all of a TV. PPV, nfl, cable, indian cricket channels, shit, you name it.
I have no idea how it works, sorry.

Does it work in the US? Ever since AT+T took over Directv it's been a clusterfuck on my end. My last three bills have been fucked up and I'm sick of calling to correct it.

Kodi fire stick... plenty of addons for sports. Install mobdro (free and reliable iptv) on it for live tv streaming outside of kodi. It will have all the games and they should be HD. Follow a couple youtube videos and you'll have everything installed in like 30 minutes on your first try. 10 minutes when you get used to it.

I'm about to get an education about this particular option - so hang tight and i'll let you know.. This is coming from the people who were at the front line of XMBC boxes back in the day (now Kodi). I don't think it's as easy as Frank Reynolds is saying based on the level of mapping/setting up these guys are doing with me (or maybe not). I'm sure there's level 1 version of this iptv thing, but my buddies going to do the full workup so i'll report back.

You gave that advice last year and I know it didn't work for one poster. I'm not saying you're wrong, I just need something reliable and hopefully a few more endorsements of this method. Once the ticket and NHL package kicks in my bill will be well over $200 a month with the mid-grade package and not even one movie channel. This is for two TV's with the genie DVR which I love, but still way overpriced. And AT+T sucks fucking balls, so there's that.

so hang tight and i'll let you know.. I'll be waiting. I'm paying about $35 a month just for the privilege of owning their leased equipment and they still want too charge $100 for a service call.

I get the jets games on local cbs, but i watched out of town games all last year on it. Red zone too. Never had any issues, so not sure what didn't work for that other poster. Some streams are better than others, but there's plenty of options out there on it. Buy a fire stick off amazon for $40 and i'll pm you youtube videos how to install everything. As long as you're somewhat decent with computers and can follow simple instructions, it's fairly easy to do. It's really not that much of a risk for $40. Free movies, tv shows, sports, etc. Everything. Up to you though. I don't mind helping you set up if you need help.

On a serious note, why not just post the youtube videos here? I could if other people are interested. That's how i figured out how to do all this. Plenty of stuff on youtube with a lot of different ways to set it up. Everyone has their own preferences. Here's one way to install Kodi. Once kodi is set up, you'll need to set up the individual add ons (think of them like apps on a phone). The best add ons for movies and tv shows is covenant. Works exactly like netflix. This is how you'd set it up. For sports, you'd need to install the sportsdevil add on for all sports streaming.

Not saying you're wrong, just saying sometimes these guys have a more thorough deluxe and "proper" process/depth they go through. They've been doing this thing since it was a thing and always been ahead of the curve -- or building a custom install that's more complete/broader/capable kind of thing. I've seen his iptv in action last year - and during some ppvs... it was ridiculous.

So no channel guide or DVR? That is easily the best sell from Directv along with their abundant choices of sports programming that is reliable and always in HD.

Always have all the most recent and best stuff they have to offer. Once something good comes out, it's immediately all over the internet. Nothing is a secret anymore. Find out the names of what they're using and post it in this thread - i'm interested. I probably have it and it's probably fairly simple to set up. PPV's are easy. I haven't missed or paid for a good ufc or boxing night in years. Same goes for really any event or game i want to see that i don't get with cablevision.

So no channel guide or DVR? That is easily the best sell from Directv along with their abundant choices of sports programming that is reliable and always in HD. Everything is streamed when you want to stream it. No need to DVR. It's all on demand unless you want to watch something like cnbc or the nfl network. No need to dvr any tv shows or movies because it's all on demand. When you want to watch it, you just click on it and watch it. As soon as something airs, it's on there. There are tv guide add ons, but some are a little iffy. That's a weak point with kodi. There are options, but i don't even bother. I use it more like you'd use netflix or any other legit streaming service. No need for tv guides with them because everything is on demand.
