Can't wait to see which mediocre loser qb we go with next year for another 8-8 season. Hopefully it's cousins at 25 million a year.

Cousins has thrown for 4,000+ yards and 25+ TD’s each of the last two seasons and is on pace to do the same this year.
Why the hell are so many against adding that behind center?
If the Redskins are dumb enough to let him test the market, we’d be a bunch of dildos not to go after him with $80+ million in cap space.

Hoyer. _ I thought we were going to pick up Hoyer the year we got fitzmagic. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he were on this team next year. That or we give McCown another year or two. At least now that we know we're not getting a top QB in the draft, we can at least focus on the defensive line with the first pick.

The guy couldn't win a playoff game if his career depended on it. He's a decent QB on an average team. Will never sniff a super bowl. Not worth the money we'll have to throw at him. All cousins does is continue the jets mediocrity.

I’ll take that kind of production at the QB position any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Over the last 2 1/2 years, his OL has been constantly shuffled, the defense has been mediocre at best, he hasn’t had a consistent running game and his top playmaker in the passing game, Jordan Reed, can’t stay healthy to save his life. Yet he still produces like a Top 10 QB in the NFL. I’d take him in a heartbeat.

They really have no other option.

He may have already made up his mind that he’s leaving at seasons end. I don’t see anyway that they franchise him for a 3rd consecutive year and pay him something like $34 million next season. And when you factor in that Macc tried trading for him during his first offseason as GM, I think the Jets would be very interested.

Evans and Winston out for an otherwise already underwhelming Bucs team..of course this happens in a year when we need to lose games.
Only in Jets land.
At this point, not only are we playing ourselves out of draft position for a QB, but you can also count out an elite offensive linemen or edge rusher as well.
With the 15th pick in the NFL draft the NY Jets select....random DT.....

With the 15th pick in the NFL draft the NY Jets select....random DT..... It's just costing us more and more to move up. Every single one of these feel good useless wins is costing us another 1st or 2nd or 2 3rds or the like-picks we actually need to round out our squad. But hey, we beat the fucking Bills, how great does that feel. Can't wait until the draft and everyone is shitting for how much it's going to cost us to move down from 10 to 2 rather than 4 to 2. _
