He would be a pricey but awesome get. Isn't Bowles his father in law or something?

I would definitely be on board to sign him.

Honey Badger and Bowles' daughter have a kid together, yes.
For the right price, Id sign him. A secondary of Trumaine Johnson, a resigned Claiborne, Adams, Maye and Honey Badger is pretty damn solid.

If tahts true I would have to say he is already here. Nice secondary. ok as long as no DB in the draft

Love to have him here so obviously we won’t sign him.

Would resigning MO be enough to lure Honey Badger here? It would likely be the best secondary in the league.

We need to attract the Badger. Anyone up for slobbering bee brood on Todd’s cock?

What's a honey badger?... Hard little ruthless bastards they are. I’d actually take a real Honey Badger in the slot over Skrine

I really would love to see this. He'd be coming to a defense that is basically the same as what he's been playing, a comfort zone with the head coach and LSU guys in the secondary, and he can play safety, nickel corner, outside linebacker - Bowles can move him around and get him on the field enough to keep him happy and justify the cost. He'll be 26 this season, so he fits their target FA age range perfectly. Hell, cut Skrine if it helps.

No one would be able to pass on that secondary and it would make our lack of an edge man much less noticable.

Hearing he wants 11 m per year? Kick Skrine to the curb, that might be doable?

Hearing he wants 11 m per year? Kick Skrine to the curb, that might be doable? Its doable without cutting Skrine. We probably still have $40-$45mil cap space. Plenty of room to sign Mathieu. As for Skrine, since we are not cap strapped, I would rather hang on to him to see if we can get a pick for him. He is a decent slot corner -- he sucks on the outside where we had him last year, but might have value if someone needs a slot guy.
