Little off topic...but Philly Brown might be out for the game against Seattle and it looks like Rivera is going to call up Hill. It will be interesting to see if he has developed somewhat. They are going to need his speed because Benjamin and Cotchery are not fast and they are facing the #1 pass defense of the Seahawks.

I still don't understand how Stephen Hill was such a bad player. I mean, he got drafted in the second round. What the hell caused him to decline as quickly as he did?

I still don't understand how Stephen Hill was such a bad player. I mean, he got drafted in the second round. What the hell caused him to decline as quickly as he did? Saying there was a decline implies there was an incline...which there wasn't. He was just a project that never developed. All the necessary physical tools with the lone exception of the ability to play football.

The Panthers would be better of signing Holmes off the street than activating Hill.
