The 49ers lineman, who was in the middle of the Dolphins’ bullying scandal, broke up a robbery at a Versace store in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon.
“I didn’t even think,” Martin told Yahoo. “I just reacted. It wasn’t till later when [my friend] said, ‘He could have had a gun.’ I didn’t even think about it. I just wanted to help.”
Martin told the website he saw the thief taking off with three pocketbooks, helped a security guard corral him and punched him “five to eight times.”
Dude saw THREE Versasce pocketbooks at risk and did what a man has to do.
Feels like a good opportunity to examine being nonplussed . . .
