All I can say is keep it up. He's taken a lot of criticism over the past few years for aspects of his play. Hopefully, he's figured things out, and turned the corner. The defense as a unit has picked up the pace and I may be going out on a limb but I'm saying Jamal Adams has played a major role in elevating the energy level.

Was Darron fucking Lee.
Yeah, we all saw that coming.
And we all know what's coming next week.....
Not the same performance we saw this week. And I'll leave it at that.
Was it a case of the Lions playing STUPID by not changing their offensive playcalling(earth to Lions OC) or was it the Jets 'D' just being THAT much better?
I think knowing what's coming was an incredible advantage. Let's see what happens next sunday.

Where would we be without their "guidance", right?
BTW, for some reason they also tell us that lube is on aisle 4 for some reason that escapes me.....

What it boils down to is the following:
1) Darron Lee is the same player we've always known.
2) Matt Patricia and the Lions played right into Lee's hands.
He was unblocked all night. He was free to just sit in his zone and jump routes. Did you ever stop and think about why he played so well? Lee hates contact. He's a puss that tries to avoid it. He didn't make all those accolades while fighting off blocks. He didn't need to. He didn't need to take bad angles because he was afraid of getting hit back. He was running to jump passing routes.
This is the way Darron Lee will play his very best football and the Lions played right into his hands. But he's still the same pussy.
What do you think happens when he consistently needs to meet the FB or a lead Guard in the hole?
What do you think happens when he needs to start covering passing routes in man coverage?
The same Darron Lee we've always known will be back. But I must say I'm happy for him. I'm glad he was able to have a good game and fool all of those less educated fans into thinking he's suddenly no longer SHARON.
