Im watching the Denver game amazed how he was put into a mess and now Cleveland is competing for a playoff spot. If he brings Todd kinchen with him This guy is probably best coach this team can get with Mac as GM.

They are playing hard and smart football in all three phases. I would be shocked if the Browns let him leave for another team. Give Baker an off season and he will improve upon what he has done as a rookie. |

Greg Williams worked under Hue Jackson which wasnt Dorseys hiring GMs like to hire their guy. I see Mike Mcarthy going to Cleveland unless a team like the Jets goes out gives Mcarthy full control. |

I am being honest with myself this team will never hire shannahan, Harbaugh or any decent coach not as long as Mac is here. Greg William if he brings Kinchen with him will be best coach the Jets can hope to get. If they dont go for him it will be another defensive backs coach with no experience.
