So that means Gase will now be HC? It’s going to be McCarthy I’m a bigger fan of Gase than most but even I wouldn’t do some shit like that.

You know who else loved the "dink and dunk"?
McCarthy was mentored by the likes of Marty Schottenheimer and Paul Hackett. I’m not sure where some of you guys are getting this idea that McCarthy is this super aggressive, super innovative offensive coach. Most of the big plays in Green Bay’s offense over the last decade stemmed from Rodgers escaping the pocket, improvising and chucking the ball 40+ yards downfield on a dime.Something Darnold does with aplomb, without the diva qualities. MM is the best available guy to nurture that talent, period.

Gregg Williams avail - that would be nice on the DC front..... I want McCarthy as HC, Monken as OC and R.ex. Ray.n or Chunk from the Goonies as DC (sloth can play outside LB and could provide the pass rush the jets so desperately need). As a backup if Sexy re.x.y isn’t available, then get Williams as DC. Get. it. done. Are you in a food court right now?

I want a guy with balls like pederson in philly. If he didn’t take all those chances and play aggressive in the super bowl theylast year lose the game. Attacking offense that scores points..period..fuck this run\pass %. All of the top teams have an attacking offense that runs off the pass and doesn’t run the ball 99.9% on 1st down (like we did with a shit o line and no rb) Plus he wasn't scared to use creative ideas in surprising the Patriots; kept them off balance. We could use that. but The light in the distance is growing dim.

I'll take Gase over McCarthy at this point. Weeb had m*****f******'s at every leadership position; Walt, Buddy, Namath, Philbin. You knew they were m*****F****'s because they told you. Gase looks good from this angle.

Gase Is better then Rhule that would have been an epic disaster which this franchise would not recover. the guy was nothing more than a game manager.
